Copper Tree is amazing. They have become our virtual IT department. I love their motto "one neck to ring" - meaning they are responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure including network, computer hardware, Microsoft, accounting systems and CRM systems.

They are quick in their response even if the priority is medium and they usually do the work beforehand for the solution if the issue is described accurately so sometimes they just respond with the confirmation of verifying if the system is working properly as intended or not rather than calling or emailing to get info of the issue that was already explained in the ticket.
I would say they do understand the issue quite well by the description of the ticket and I know its a small thing but it is also a big time saver and convenience.
