Bought my lawn mower from here it also works as a snow plow! When the winter begun I asked him if he could FaceTime me to show me how to use it as a plow and he came over instead! Very very kind helpful man. I’d recommend this place to everyone first.

Bought a used Ventrac contour mower out of the Rockwood location and dealt with salesman Chris Smart and it was a professional and courteous experience eventhough it was over the phone as many hundreds of kilometers separate us as I live in central Qc and they are in central Ontario. Service and help have been exceptionnal and truly appreciate what the purchasing experience was like and the aftersales as well as I have gotten follow ups and help all along! Highly recommend the store, especially the salesman aforementioned!

For once it was a good experience buying a new mower. Christopher Smart was a pleasure to buy from, he answered all my questions and didn't try to push me one way or the other, told me what I needed to know and was up front with any issues that may come up. All in all it was a great experience.

I’d give Chris Smart 10 stars if I could. I came in looking for a compact tractor. Chris showed me a few different options and set me up with the right one for what I need it for. Not only did Chris go above and beyond but so did Rick in the parts department helping me out with an issue I’ve been trying to solve for quite some time. Went in looking for a belt for lawn mower. Had old one with me. Machine was purchased at this location and I have bought this exact belt before at location. Guy working on desk could not find my info. I then provided serial # and model # of the machine. Still he complained that he could not find the belt. It could be one of the many books of parts he said. Not help full at all. After being there for 45 minutes. I said I would find it on Amazon . His response. Good Luck. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. I would NEVER refer anyone to do Business here!

We worked with Christopher Smart at the Rockwood location. We have 20 acres to maintain, which is a mix of lawn and rough pasture. Christopher provided all the options, offered his suggestions, did not pressure us into one particular option. We went with his suggestion and it was worked out exceptionally. Christopher was helpful, set expectations effectively and delivered on all his commitments, and then some. We recommend Christopher for anyone looking for farm or property maintenance equipment.
