Just had hardware failure on my work Comp which the guys diagnosed inside of 30 minutes and got the PC back to me working. Absolute life savers. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. If you have any computer issues this is hands down the best place to bring it in Chester. Thank you!

Wow. I'm here on business and my laptop told me it needed a new internal battery. Went to Curry's where I bought it. £50 up front and it will take up to 4 weeks because I haven't extended the warranty. It is 6 years old and hardly used. They need to diagnose what is wrong with it even though I told them. Then plus ££££ for parts. I left. Went into this gem of a shop at 16.30 that I found on Google maps. I told him the same tale. He ordered the battery immediately to get next day delivery. I paid £35 and he messaged me at 11.00 am the following morning to say it had arrived. Less that 24 hours! Big shout out to Ben and Jacob.

Took my Gaming PC in with a laundry list of random issues. They had it for a day and had completed a full diagnosis covering everything. I have been looking over the report they saved which shows a thorough breakdown of each aspect of the PC, all checked and passed. They then went through every item on my list individually, reassuring me on bits I was unsure of, telling me what they fixed or what I can do to reduce issues. Overall friendly and well-explained. I'd definitely go back again if I have any issues in the future.

Took my Newley built pc into Computer Buddies as something was wrong, they identified the issue and after taking their advice and replacing the part causing the issue, it runs like a beauty. Absolutely first class. First time I have used but very impressed. Needed help setting up and migrating new laptop. Dropped off at 1100, ready for pick up by 1330. Ben is first rate and would highly recommend.
