My car was repaired at Joe Hudsons shop in Saint Robert, MO. The staff kept me informed as necessary. I used this shop for years when it was Complete Collision. I gave it 4 stars because I prefer using independently owned businesses and this is a corporate place now. However, the quality of work continues to be better than good.

I do not recommend this collision center. They do not communicate effectively about what is going on with your vehicle. Because of this company’s ineffectiveness to communicate correctly, they have put my family in a hardship. I recommend going some place else.

Hello out there in my car is smashed world and I truely dont know which way to go. I can say hudson collision took all my worries away. They process the insurance claim , contacted enterprise. The receptionist Lisa was very welcoming with energy and very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process, she walked me through step by step. Awesome even convinced me to buy a tablet i was so impressed with hers. And then she turned me over to the care of Matthew another knowledgeable gentleman that walked me through second tier process , looked over car answered all my questions if i had to give both would get bonus if not raises awesome i will recommend all my friends in and around areas Joe Hudson collision five ⭐️
