Helped me get everything set up within a week. The woman who helped me set up was so kind and reviewed everything step by step. I was nervous and really appreciated the extra mile she went. Doctor visit I was having issues with my phone and driving and they WAITED FOR ME. I couldn’t thank them more for all they assisted with. Thank you staff and being so patient and kind. Many places don’t do the things your company did.
CCC is the best!! They keep you well informed, they are very friendly! They are very helpful and knowledgeable! I can’t say enough great things about them, I highly recommend them!!

I am the caregiver for Chester P. Grzywinski. His appointment was quick and easy. We had to travel 90 miles to attend the appointment, though. Chet is uncomfortable on long car trips. I wish there were a better way of doing this, such as allowing his PCP to certify him.

Hi Rebecca thank you for your feedback, we do offer virtual video appointments that allows the patient and caregiver to do the appointment from the comfort of their home. We're sorry to hear that you had to travel so far but we truly appreciate you being a patient of CCCs.
I felt uncomfortable after not being able to hear my Doctor logging on an then I was not able to see them as well. I had my phone sideways an thee application required my phone being vertical. I was asked a personal medical question by a woman that joined use at the onset of thee appointment. She proceeded to fire off a question pertaining to one of my several disabilities to which I answered in the affirmative I did not get her name or reason why she was a part of my renewal? Is she a Doctor? Thanks.

I am dyslexic and I don’t understand a lot of things and I didn’t have anyone helping me so when I called them, they were going to set me up an appointment but, I want to make sure I had all my medical papers. One of the girls said that Joe would help me so when I called back to ask a question and set up an appointment Joe answered the phone and said he would help me when I came in but, with my health conditions they decided to do it over the phone. It was very quick and fast. He also took my information and tried to do the health department to get my card but unfortunately he called me back and said I had already been signed up a long time ago and it needed to be finished up. The code needed to be changed or something. my kid was having a hard time getting through & getting it done so I called Joe back and he told me to tell him to call him and Joe helped him. Everyone there that I talk to on the phone was very friendly & nice and also very understanding. I have not started on anything yet and I’m praying that it works. I’m still waiting on my Marijuana card. I will definitely go back and go through them again if the Marijuana works for me. I want to thank Joe, Cory, I did receive my medical card, and I got a medical cream that wasn’t strong enough. So I went back and got a stronger one that helped a little. My kid gave me a gummy that was too strong. I would never take that again. It was probably one of the strongest he said that they make and I was literally tripping it was horrible. It made my pain go away, but it messed up my head and I could not get to sleep. I was falling. Because I’m allergic to everything. I talk to one of the pharmacist and I was going on this one pill that they have like 5 mg to start off with because I had to have a procedure done I could not get started on it. So I’m still thinking about going back and getting started on that but I just had another procedure done which is helping me a little bit, I do believe that the marijuana does help a lot of people. I’m just hoping that I can find at least something that will help some of my pain. I know I’ll have to have more procedures done but I’m just praying that this pain goes away because it’s ruining my life and since I can’t take regular painkillers because they do not work for me. I’m hoping I find something at the Marijuana place, also I want to thank everyone who reads my post. I was shocked when I got this defined out over 100 people have read my post. Thank you.
