Got a call back from Alex who advised he could arrive in about an hour. True to his word, Alex turned up on time, was professional and did the job at a very reasonable price. On the day I was flying to Tasmania, the electrical master switch on my stove and oven stopped working. I couldn't switch it off or on and it was warm to touch. Explained my situation to the service desk. An electrician was sent around immediately to replace the switch which meant I could go to Tasmania without worrying about an electrical fire.
