This allows us to spend time developing meaningful, loving relationships between clients and caregivers and it means a lot to know we are making a difference!
Comfort Keepers makes a lot of promises they cannot keep. For two nights in a row they called after the designated time a caregiver was to arrive to tell us no one would be coming to take care of my 93 old father over night.This is unacceptable. Although their caregivers are well trained, what is the use of paying them exorbitant prices for care that cannot be depended on?
Avoid this company until they can make good on their promise.
