Ariel and his team did a great job installing Rheem AC unit at our location. The price of the equipment plus install was very competitive compared to others. got an appointment very fast, and the install took about 6 hours total. The inspection was couple days later, and had no issues with it. Ariel was nice enough to upgrade my thermostat to a wifi one with no additional charge, as I was previously using a wifi based thermostat and was not compatible with the new unit. I have been using my AC unit almost every night, and have been really pleased with it. Overall very happy with the install and performance.

On Monday had my furnace converted to central heat and air. Comfort Air did an amazing job. Very respectful with always closing the door behind them, as I have cats. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. They have the best prices around, great warranty and I had several estimates prior to them coming out. Would highly recommend them to everyone. I had the best experience with them from the start of estimate to completion of the job. Wish I could give more than five stars because they deserve it.

After getting several quotes to replace our HVAC, we ultimately chose Comfort Air. Their price was very reasonable, we were scheduled quickly and the owner, Ariel was a pleasure to work with. He even came out towards the end of the install to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction and that we didn't have any lingering questions. Thanks again!

Had a new AC installed last June, a few days ago I tried the heat for the first time only to discover that it did not work. When the technician arrived he discovered that the heat was never even connected during the installation! He connected the heat and made some wiring changes in the thermostat and told me the problem was corrected. Yesterday I tried to use the heat again only to discover it was still not working! Technician arrives again and informs me he does not speak English - wonderful! It mad communication very difficult This time they changed the thermostat - which worked fine before. It seems to be working now - however they did not inspire confidence in me and I feel they may have just gotten lucky - if they really did fix the problem. Overall I would NOT recommend them. I think it speaks to their quality that my heat was never even connected when they did their install, there were a few other things with the quality of their install that were not great either. Not a great experience with them at all.

Wow!!! Not sure what else I could say except to tell you what occurred.I Had a problem with my air-conditioning. I called this company thinking they were one I had a contract with. Turns out they were not, very similar name. The owner Ariel came out to fix the problem and did so quickly and thoroughly . He asked what form of payment I’d like to use. I told him we had an account with 11 units. He proceeded to point out that that’s not his company and he was right. It’s a similar named company. Bottom line is he did the work and said don’t worry about it, lI’m not gonna charge you. Tell me what business does that in this day and age . I can’t say enough positive things about him ,his personality and how quickly he corrected the problem. The world will be a much better place if they were more business owners and people like him. I would highly recommend them For professionalism, class, and technical skills. You just don’t find a lot of people like this in the world anymore Wow Wow!!! Mitch

I called Comfort Air and United Air. United air gave me a quote of 32,000 and yes not a typo. When I said are you kidding. He came down to to 18,000. Comfort Air came out gave me a quote of 5495.00 which was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and did a beautiful job. Did everything they said they would. Would definitely recommend them to everyone. Very professional.

I had my AC go out on a Friday, I connected with Comfort Air Heating and Cooling via Yelp. The speed and attentiveness with which they responded was exceptional. Within 24 hours they were able to review my current set up, provide a quote and start the installation. Great price on the quote, very communicative throughout the process and overall high level of service. Great job, I’d recommend to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area to go with them.

This company deserves so much praise! I am going to tell everyone I know about them. Especially Ariel who is extremely kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful that I found them!! After multiple quotes from other companies I didn’t think I would be able to replace my 25 year old AC anytime soon and it was on its last leg. The quote I received from Comfort Air knocked all the others out the box by far! They are very fair with their pricing and went above and beyond with the service to make sure everything was done right and that I was happy. I'm not sure how to fairly review my experience with Comfort Air. Initially the process was great. Ariel came and gave a thorough estimate for replacing our old (23 years) central AC system with a new air handler/heat pump all while answering our questions/concerns. The bid for the system was very good and competitive with other local companies I had contacted. I was looking forward to the replacement/installation. Once the crew arrived this morning issues became quickly apparent. I'm unfortunately not bilingual, communication was difficult, but the first gentleman needed me to describe in detail the job to replace the outside condenser and the inside air handler. I'm not an HVAC technician and trying to repeat to him what I was told during the estimate process seems like an internal communication breakdown. Shouldn't all of this have been documented on a work order? A facetime call with Ariel was not clearing things up much. I voiced my concerns that I was losing confidence in the process before it even began. I was assured everything would be handled but after Ariel seemed to have no recollection of some of the previously discussed work on the job I decided to pull the plug. No work was completed or even begun. Ariel agreed to cancel amicably. Reviews on Google and Yelp were great and I'm sad I did not have that experience. Pros - Ariel was great at the estimate process. - The estimate itself was priced more than fairly. - Scheduling the job was fast within only a few days. Cons - Internal communication seems to be lacking. I don't think it's unfair to expect the technicians arriving to have more than the vaguest idea what the job is to entail. Stars for the smooth estimate process and the very good price.

The guys as Comfort Air are the best! First time in my life an HVAC guy was on time...to the minute. I called at 1:30pm, Carlos arrived at 6:30pm. The system was diagnosed and repaired within 1 hour. The price was less than expected. It was an actual pleasure to do business with Comfort Air. Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. It's also the first time an HVAC company didn't say "it needs to be replaced" before they actually saw the unit. I've already created a contact in my phone for Comfort Air. They are the only call I will make for HVAC related service or equipment again.

Wow is all I can say!! I chose Comfort Air because of their reviews, and they stood up to their name and service reputation. I live out of town, so I hoped for the best. Needed a float valve installed at my mother's house and they came out the same day. Made her feel comfortable, installed the valve, and didn't overcharge her like ALL of the quotes she obtained by herself. Every other company was trying to take advantage of a retired, single woman - they wanted to charge her more than double! Comfort Air and their team communicated with us, showed up on time, and were exceptional. There's a reason company's like this stay in business for so long - give them a try! Exceptional!

Called for an estimate. Ariel came out and discussed my wants and needs with me very helpful and nice. Gave me an outstanding estimate. Asked when I can get it installed he said "tomorrow morning" (this was about 7PM when we were talking) Well 9 AM next morning the team was there to install. Carlos, Marciel came in looked at where everything was located and got right to work. These 2 worked right through till finished even in the heat never complained. They were so nice and polite answered all questions. 2 days in I am extremely happy. These guys went above and beyond what I expected. Did some extras that need to be done and did not increase the quote. Highly recommend.
