I called to ask about rates for a very small move. They gave me a quote, and I thanked them and said I was still calling around and would get back to them. They urged me to at least put down a deposit, promising that it was fully refundable so long as I did it before several days out from the move. So I put down a deposit. I canceled the reservation that same afternoon, because I found a company that fit my needs better. No refund. I called a week later to ask about it and was assured it would be handled. Still no refund. I called a few more days after that, and same thing. It took a total of five calls to finally get my deposit refunded. So while I can't attest to the quality of their work, I would advise not to leave a deposit unless you are sure you are going to use them.

Overall, a terrible experience. I have used your company in the past & everyone was so professional, pricing was reasonable, etc. I referred many friends. This time, the pickup window was overshot by over an hour. I was home but didn't hear phone right away but called as soon I saw it - the driver went to next job but 'it will only take 20 minutes.' Didn't show up for another hour 1/2 +. When they got here the driver was anything but professional (past experience was that staff wore uniforms! Were very professional, took the time to explain everything, etc.). I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Fee was exorbitant & unreasonable. Honestly I just wanted them gone but am extremely dissatisfied. What a letdown.

I've never left a negative review but my experience compels me to warn others. I hired them to remove a few items. They scratched my bedroom floor badly. They didn't put pads down nor inform me of damage. When I saw what was done they inferred I did it. The company wouldn't fix the whole floor. It's a tiny bedroom but said they'd fix scratches but it would leave a ring around perimeter and I'd be responsible to redo that part. Why should I have to pay to fix their damage and repair?? Price much higher than quote. Tipped $100 no thank you. Avoid this company.
