Thank You for your feedback which we are taking into consideration. As a Clinic which has been running for over 10 years we do have the odd occasion where Cancellations will happen which is out of our control due to the equipment, staff sickness and other unforeseen events that can occur in the day to day running of business. We have the most advanced machines but generally they do tend to break down as this is what machinery does. Our policy does state that £15 cancellation fee does apply to customers who do cancel on the day. On the day you attended the Clinic on our side we had a lack of staff due to our Therapists being off sick which once again is out of our control as we have been through measurements to find cover from our other CoLaz branches too. There was nothing else we could possibly do other than cancelling appointments due to staff sickness. There is a option on the form which provides a page regarding images for before and after for your own benefit to see the difference of what the treatment has done to your skin. This is Optional as you do not need to take any images. Most of our clients are happy to do this and for those who do not choose to take images they do not have to, once again it is for the sake of your investment to CoLaz to see the difference of the treatment. Unfortunately as mentioned that there were two staff members off Sick on this day, we had one of our laser therapists who had managed the day until another could attend. This situation had been out of our control as we were planning the day to manage our staff and ensure clients are seen. However, we do apologise due to your experience with us and do ensure that this will not happen again. At the moment we have the therapist who does the treatment of Electrolysis on Wednesday and Thursdays, while our other therapist are waiting upon their certificates in order to legally perform the treatment. We cannot give clients to therapists who do not have the authority to do the treatment. This is something which is being implemented into the branch and we will be grateful if you did return to see us again. Hi, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. For electrolysis, this treatment is done by minutes. So whatever time you have booked for we carry out the treatment for that time. We also have a timer on the machine which tells us how many minutes have been done.
