I've been coming to Colaz hounslow for a few years for Laser, microdermabrasion and chemical peel. I'm very satisfied with the service provided. I highly highly recommend Illona who is absolutely fabulous. She is highly experienced and I have found my skin has greatly improved with all treatments/products recommended by her. She provides comprehensive information prior to starting any treatment so I know what to expect. I would recommend colaz Hounslow to anyone interested.

Would not recommend going here at all!! Lazer was weak, management is rude, staff are not consistently trained (event got burnt from them a few years ago). I gave them another go last year for microneedling and it was sooo bad (they do 5 minutes and dont even check if its appropriate, make you sit for 30 minutes while they go do their own thing after and put a cheap sheet mask on you. Trust me go to Nu Wave in Ealing .. 1000000 percent better with lazer and microneedling (you will see a big difference) and theyre cheaper!

Our microneedling procedure uses Genosysis masks, a reputable Korean brand, ensuring quality in our treatments. Regarding your visits, you had one session in November and another in February, indicating a significant time gap since your last laser sessions in 2016/2017. If you were dissatisfied, we would have preferred to address your concerns sooner.
