Further more I felt honored to be associated with someone that I know keeps the Sabbath. Something I grew up keeping … If you keep Gods Law of course you’ll bring true order into any court room.

I guess all "great" lawyers have bad days. I feel Martin Cohen dropped the ball in my daughter's case. He was not well informed. I asked him questions after receiving the verdict, and he did not know the details of the case, things I noticed days after hearing and he had 6 months to become familiar. Now, my daughter has another 5 months in jail for sentencing. As I told him before the verdict, I was unhappy with his performance. He is a nice person, but professionally, I would never use him again. I didn't see the effort put forth to defend my daughter. When speaking to him after trial, he was now talking about more money for an appeal. Why would I want to use him for an appeal when I don't feel he was competent at the trial? I was told by him that he did not like my tone. Tell me Mr. Cohen, what tone should I have when my daughter's freedom is on the line and she has to sit another 5 months in jail because your efforts were minimal at best? June 2024 Response to Mr. Cohen below -- Mr. Cohen you are full of untruths. Ok--what lawyer does not reference sexual attack or make jury aware of many cases going unreported. You presented a boring summation with an outdated board which was based on a what-if. A more effect communication would have been to tell her story not show an ineffective chart which did not garner their attention. I was watching their faces. Regarding my attendance, the days I was there, I found many inconsistencies. Answer this Mr. Cohen--what were the measurements of the room? Why were photos of the scene presented but not specified that many people had been there and that the defendant did not call the police for several hours. I asked you when the first person arrived and you were unable to tell me. You knew nothing of this case. In fact, you turned to me and said "If they believe she didn't rob him, why the charge." Exactly using your own words because your representation was lacking. Your record speaks quantity, not quality. Your arrogance won't even allow you to see, you are not perfect. Again, I say you dropped this ball!!!!

It was the unnecessary disrespect. Mr. Cohen I did not get angry with you, sir. But it was definitely earned. You hung up the phone and again your employees are a direct reflection of you. Thank you. As a black man you will not destroy my character with assumptions. We all have to be held accountable for the decisions we make. You made the decision to disrespect me along with Katie. I've had an experience and it was not pleasant. The matter is in Maryland as explained. Thank you again. Be Blessed

I just got off the phone with the most ignorant person they lost a customer!!! They don't care about your case the lady whom picked up was rude and didn't want to help

Amazing group! They helped me when no one else would. Not only do I recommend them to anybody, I would go back to them in a heartbeat if services like this are ever needed again. I worked with Mr. Cohen Harris and Mr. Joseph Spicer. They are the greatest!

The fact that Mr Cohen is willing to fight for his clients shows his dedication and commitment to the case. It's reassuring to know that I had someone who will go the extra mile to ensure my rights are protected and that I receive the best possible outcome. Having a compassionate and understanding lawyer can provide a sense of comfort and support during what can be a difficult and overwhelming process. It's great that he prioritized my needs and work to achieve justice. I was incredibly fortunate to have him as my attorney . Mr Cohen is a true ally and advocate. One of the best we have in Baltimore.

This is an amazing law firm. I opened a case with them back in June when I was hit by an uninsured motorist. Bianca was very helpful from the beginning. She has checked on me and kept me updated on my case. Mr. Joe communicated with me during the settlement process and provided me with his honest opinions when asked. Bianca and Mr. Joe were very helpful and It was a pleasure to work with this law firm. I will use this law firm again if I need them. Everyone was professional and did a great job on my case.

I wish I could give this firm more than 5 stars!!! Roland Harris and Katherine Martin (Katie) are very knowledgeable and have excellent communication skills, (just this part alone sets them apart from ANY other law firm). I had multiple different lawyers and not 1 of them communicated as well as Roland and Katie did. My other lawyers I had to call multiple times/leave multiple voicemails before I would get a call back, (just to hear how busy they are, and for them only to say that they was working on my case!) Roland and Katie answered EVERY email I sent (within 10mins) and answered EVERY phone call when I called!! All of the Lawyers I had they couldn't even compete with Roland. Roland has gotten a LIFE time customer!! I been fighting my case since 2022 (with another lawyer) what Roland did in about 2 months my last lawyer couldn't even do and he had way longer (and we lost). So the case that Roland did for me was get me my Maryland HQL, after MSP and OAH erroneously denied me they failed to apply Maryland law properly in my case. Once Katie set up the date/time for the consultation, Roland Harris called me (ON TIME!!) and we discussed my case/situation. After about 20 minutes (15 minutes was me telling my case) I KNEW I HAD MY LAWYER, how I knew I had my lawyer was because just the way he was talking he was direct and confident, I could tell he was knowledgeable in firearms laws in Maryland and he even sited different cases, that was pertaining to my case. After Roland and I talked I Immediately hired him. I cant stress this enough about Roland if you want a reliable truthful intelligent lawyer call Cohen | Harris!!!!! PS. If I was a lawyer I would NOT want to go up against Roland!!

What an awesome job I will absolutely recommend this law firm to anyone, especially with a firearms related problems. Mr. Harris and Katie are absolutely on their game. They resolved my issue without even going to court great job. I was absolutely at my wits end trying to communicate with the Maryland State Police, but Mr. Harris had my issue resolved within a month. And a month shy of my court date. Absolutely amazing what a team. Love these guys.

Happy to state that Mr. Spicer, displays great humility. Being in a severe accident is so traumatic, and to have a law firm to adhere to every detail that you need explained is superb. Martin Cohen is the best!!! From the very first introduction to the final statement he takes it personal. It’s as if he’s taking on more than a representation of his clients. He’s actually putting himself in the same situation that you’re in. I really felt secure and assured that the best outcome will indeed happen. In comparison to lawyers that’s been deemed as the best, I would say he’s a modern day Johnnie Cochran x10. No exaggeration. Thank you so much Martin Cohen you’re more than highly recommended in my book!
