The first time I called (on 4/22) the person who called and helped me me was an angel - so patient and helpful in getting my order placed. Today the contractor went to pick up the order and it was like a 180. The woman helping him was incredibly rude and had absolutely no patience. She couldn’t find the order and was blaming it all on me even though the order was supposed to be under my contractor’s account. She was slamming the phone, making audible sighs and suggesting over and over again that I was making things up or didn’t know what I was talking about.
I don’t care if they have slightly better prices. Next time, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Bryan and his team are a great group to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out inventory for our new stone yard. Excited to do more business in the future with them!

We are extremely disappointed with our experience working with Cobra stone Despite successfully completing and delivered a load as agreed, we have not received payment for our services. We’ve made numerous attempts to contact their team for resolution, but communication has been very unprofessional were they cussed me out when trying to to resolve them to pay my load they put you on three way lines without you knowing your conversations are being heard by different people which is very unprofessional .
As a trucking company that prides itself on reliability and professionalism, we expect the same from our business partners. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here. We urge others in the industry to proceed with caution when considering doing business with Cobra Stone and Claudia Balderas which they work with her and the front lady from Cobra tells me if Claudia wants to pay I will pay if not I won’t very unprofessional.

Cobra Stone INC has a 20-year history of paying our vendors in a timely manner. However, we are unable to process payments for forged or duplicate delivery tickets.
As stated to your secretary on the phone yesterday, we require the original delivery ticket, signed and stamped by our team, to approve payment. The document you provided appears to be a duplicate of a delivery ticket that we have already paid.
Therefore, we cannot move forward until we receive the original documentation.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our Cobra Stone experience. Jay helped us talk through our project with such a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave amazing advice. Our project was probably small compared to other projects they works on and we still felt extremely taken care of. Thank you Jay for treating us so well. I would recommend Cobra stone to anyone!

Jay and everyone at Cobra Stone go over and above to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. We were looking for something specific and they jumped through a number of hoops to make sure that we were taken care of. We were so happy that we are shifting some of our other projects in order to get everything from them now.

Nice stone. Just don't expect to be treated well after the sale and certainly not if something goes wrong. These folks shipped us the wrong stone and left part of the order out entirely. Manager refused to even return my call. Not exactly customer service oriented. Your satisfaction is NOT their concern. Getting your money is the goal. Job well done....not so much. Buyer beware.
Beautiful stone. Terrible people. Since stone is available from many quaries, jqueries, elsewhere. I'm a builder. I placed a good sized order for a large house. When the order arrived it was clear it wasn't 100% right. Cobra could not have cared less. All I got was a nasty, hostile response. I called and left a message for Pedro. The boss. That was 3 days ago. He clearly has no interest in fixing the mistakes. Avoid Jay Bermudez in "sales". Zero accountability after the sale. Zero customer service. Zero.
Just shop somewhere else.
