I am a dealer for this company... in a different region of the company. One of customers somehow sent a check to this office. After contacting them, they promised to send me the money. I even provided wire info for my bank upon request. Since that time I have reached out over and over again. Phone, email, text. Every email I can find that is associated... no one can help me, and still no money. Over a $1000 and Ive been ghosted.
I ordered a building in November 2024 and paid them for the drawings. I was told the drawings would be ready in 6 weeks. It's now March 14 2025 and I still don't have the drawings to take to the county building permit office. I can get anyone to tell me why it's taking so long. I've been told someone would call me back but they don't. Worst experience in my life. So yourself a favor and buy a building from someone else.
The absolute worst company. They will tell you two week delivery time. Then they will tell you your order is lost after paying deposit. and once they get your deposit that delivery time changes to 6-8 weeks. Will NOT issue refunds and cancel the order. Then we took off work on the day THEY said they would deliver. No call no show at delivery day and time THEY schedule with you. Finally got ahold to someone in the office at 4 pm only to be told they weren’t coming and they would get to us when they could. Absolutely horrible company go anywhere else but here.

Very little communication, can't say about quality due my bldg is not installed yet. I was supposed to had a triple wide carport installed starting at 11 am on yesterday, by 230pm no calls, after several attempts I was finally told the crew was working on a deal in mud. A day later it's 1150, no calls other than crew is still working, but not a time frame. I took off work the first day to meet their schedule. This company has no customers concern. I asked them to reschedule for a day I could be available. But was declined. I'm out a deposit and lost wages. And still no bldg. I know it takes time to install. I do not want a bldg installed in the dark.

The crew got behind because of weather conditions. Mr. Sappinton was made aware. He got his building and is now paid in full.
After many, many phone calls it became evident there was a problem. Promised delivery was passed. The workers finally showed up (2 days earlier than expected). Extremely shoddy work. We had the carport installed on our dock and it was put up crooked. Wrong size than ordered. Gables cut uneven. Total disappointment. This is the 7th carport/shed - all various sizes and different companies - and this one is by far the worst carport we have ever purchased. I suggest you do not waste your time or money with this company. I was very upset and sadly was not the nicest person (after delivery was changed 3 times). I did apologize, realizing it was not the fault of the poor girl I was talking to. What a disaster it turned out to be.

Worst company ever. Had a carport on order for 8 months. Couldn't get a delivery date, always excuses. I finally cancelled it and couldn't get my deposit back even though their web site says you can. After calling many times and getting answers such as I'm waiting on my boss to okay your refund or the check is waiting to be printed on my bosses desk, they finally stopped answering my calls. All the excuses were lies in hopes that I would go away. They are all scumbags. I don't know how they sleep at night while ripping people off.

Horrifying and terrible customer service. Called them up (Ashley) because they didn't stick to their scheduling and got the wrong materials. Called them up super upset and they told me I was rude because I blamed them and their company for their gross mismanagement. They then hung up on me stating "I need a better attitude." Called back, and requested Ashley's manager. She answered and said she heard the conversation and I lied about what I said which is ironic because I told her exactly what Ashley said and the manager said "that's true." So, I apparently lied but still told the truth. I then asked for her boss because I don't need to deal with people who call customers liars for telling the truth. She refused and said she's the only person. Unless you are a CEO of a company, you have a boss. If their bosses are reading this, you should strongly look into the people who are working for you and how they treat your clients.
They have no respect for peoples time and apparently payment for their work isn't enough. I'm a paying customer and I was told I was rude and that there's nothing they can do and I can wait. We have records of constantly calling because we need times down because we have jobs too and they have been living in the land of not my problem. This business is part of the problem.
Most dishonest and deceptive company that I had to deal with in my life. I ordered a RV carport on May 3 from Crystal Lara who stated that customer services would call in 4 weeks with delivery date. E-mailed Lara on May 29 due to no call or e-mail and was directed to customer service. Customer service stated that she had no delivery date but would talk to Scheduling. Two weeks later, I called and was told that the carport would be delivered on the 28 June. I paid the delivery cost but the wrong size carport arrived. The installer stated that another would arrive next week to be installed. i called customer service and everyone was on vacation that week. I called Lara who directed me to Chase. Chase stated that she would talk to scheduling, From June until Aug, Chase provided no information on delivery but stated that she would talk to Scheduling. On Sep16, I requested my delivery fee to be returned until a date was established. Customer service called and stated my carport would arrive Sep 27 but later changed the date to Sep 29. No carport arrived. On Oct 2, I sent an e-mail requesting my delivery fee back until the carport is actually scheduled for delivery. I heard nothing until October 7 when Yolanda "Dee" Johnson-Henderson e-mailed me about cancelling my order. I informed her that I did not cancel but they have defaulted on delivery. I have not heard from Yolanda since that e-mail exchange i.e. no carport or refund.
I wouldn't buy from this company again, nor reccomend. Contract was created incorrect by Coast to Coast carport employee. Poor communicators and slow. Charged me for leg length I never requested (contract error) . I asked for a standard carport, no special orders. Construction is good but much taller than the standard carport I asked for 12x20x7. Disappointed.
Don't waste your time with this company at all gonna call the district attorney to on Monday we order a workshop and paid the full asking price THE FULL AMOUNT they said a month and a half to get we waited that long and then was told some bull two months later they called us to say they would be here on a Thursday that Monday they called they where behind and it would be Saturday my husband call Friday to just confirm for Saturday was told all was a go well it's Saturday and not a single person showed up no materials no call nothing and of course there's no answer when we called
