The worst courthouse i have ever been too. No organization at all they make you wait hours to be seen. All the cops and courts care about is making money so they hand out bullcrap tickets of stuff that isn't even illegal. They also say you went to court all these times when you didn't even get to see a judge or anyone.
We have a civil case in which we’re trying to sue someone through small claims court. We’ve already been screwed over badly by Akron PD; Now I’m finding that the people in the small claims office are very nice when you go into the physical office. But when they have your money, and you need to talk them over the phone about an issue, they’re rude and act like they have something better to be doing than their job. The woman I just spoke with had the worst customer service voice and skills I’ve ever heard, and was not helpful or reassuring at all! 😤
