Booked my Subaru in to have the brake calipers resprayed. Unfortunately lots of areas were missed and the work overall was below satisfactory. They offered to fix it however after I returned to have it fixed, there was still sections missing. Overall, disappointing experience given the cost and the expectation of a professional finish.

James, I'm very sorry the caliper respray was incomplete and the follow-up visit didn't resolve the missed areas. That falls short of our standards and we apologise for the disappointing experience. We would like to make it right by properly redoing the respray or issuing a refund; please contact our service manager using the shop phone or email listed on our website so we can arrange a time. We will review our workmanship and quality checks to prevent this from happening again.

Overall very happy with the wheels, customer service was great too. The only disappointing thing was I couldn't exchange/return 2 of the rims for a squared setup because they had a custom offset. Makes sense but would be good if it was actually written down in the FAQ section as I was expecting to be able to return them incase they didn't fit perfectly. Oh well still happy with the results.

Went into CNC Wheels to get a small gutter rash of my rims, they wanted $300 because they are two piece wheels. I had the same issue with my rear wheel a year ago and was charged $150 and it’s a theee piece wheel. For the rear wheel they gave me the option of simply buffing the wheel and fixing the rash but this time the damage was far less and no option was offered apart from $300 or go to a mobile shop!! I’ve take 5 cars to these guys in the past because I want my wheels pristine on each car!! The arrogance of this guy will never see me my cars or any of my friends and family again!!

Paul, I'm very sorry we let you down and for how the repair options were presented. Two-piece wheels often require different disassembly, parts and machining than three-piece wheels, which can increase cost, but I understand you were offered a different option previously and that this inconsistency caused frustration. That perceived arrogance is unacceptable and not how we aim to treat long-term customers. Please contact the workshop manager or drop by so we can review the damage, explain the pricing in detail and look for a fair resolution. Thank you for the five cars you've trusted us with; we regret losing your custom and would like the chance to put this right.

I had sent one rim off for a weld and respray. The quality of work was good, however I got called to pick up my rim even when it was not ready around 4 days before it was actually ready for pickup. Also, upon pickup I mistakenly had scuffed a little bit of the rim which was my fault and I didn’t realise I had done that. the man then said he could touch it up for me which was nice, however he demanded on payment then and there and not when the job would be completed. I told him I would pay the amount when the work was done as it would be best. He insisted on me paying there and got extremely rude saying he doesn’t care about the rim anymore and that he would “chuck it in the bin” if I did not pay now. I understand I had made a mistake and did not realise it myself, I apologised for this aswell, however I was only met with rudeness. I ended up taking the rim as it was as I didn’t feel comfortable paying him then leaving without my rim especially with how he acted towards the end.

Our policy is to collect payment on completion and we will address this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. We’d like to make it right, so please return the rim to the shop and ask for the manager and we will complete the touch-up free of charge and take payment only when the work is finished. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the distress caused.

CNC did a brilliant job in refurbishing a set of 4 BMW X5 20 inch M-Spec alloys that had over 13 years been kerbed. They took 4 days to do the job & fitted up a set of loaner wheels so that I was mobile. The refurbishment process has brought back to new condition the wheels & makes the car look great. Tony is a real craftsman in this field. Strongly recommended.

Bought 5 x Black Rock Spiders for my F-150. On the phone, Sam answered all my questions and when they were delivered today, just a few days later, everything was as asked for and well packed. Fit is perfect with modified offset machining they did. Would recommend to anyone 🙂

I have order a 22inch rims for my lc300. They recommend +35 offset for the wheel and told me it will be perfect fit. After I put it on, I found out it’s no enough offset for lc300, the wheels are over the fender. That’s illegal for driving on the road. I tried to contact them with email or phone call to see what they can do about it. There is no one reply my Email and phone call said someone will call you back but no phone call received. Pool customer service and not responsible shop. I will contact fair trading and the other related departments to make a complaint.

I had CNC repair my wheels after doing some pretty decent gutter damage and they have come up like brand new. I would highly recommend CNC wheels to anyone with wheel damage. They were quick, well-priced, and gave loaner wheels so you can still drive whilst having the repair done. (My after photo is not the best as it was after I drove so there is some break dust on it)
