These guy are awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I hired them to wire my old house with Cat6 and they did an amazing and efficient job. I strongly recommend this company if you need some low voltage work done.

I brought my soundbar to this shop because it was not powering on. They explained that there was a $95 fee to open and inspect the device, which would later be applied toward the total cost if I decided to move forward with the repair. That seemed fair, so I left the soundbar with them. After about three weeks, I received a call saying my device was already repaired and that the total came to $300 (minus the $95 inspection fee, plus tax). I was frustrated because no one had contacted me for authorization before performing the repair. When I went to pick it up, I explained that I would not have approved the repair at that price had I been given the choice. The person I spoke with told me that if I didn’t want to pay, I could simply leave the device there—which, of course, isn’t the same as getting my unrepaired soundbar back. After some back and forth, they reduced the price by $25. I paid the remaining balance, took my device, and told them I wouldn’t be returning. They did mention the repair is covered by a 30-day warranty, but the lack of communication and disregard for customer consent left a bad impression.

The reason for choosing Electronic World was years in business and experience of employees. Dealing with a electronic store for a high quality television was the best choice. We were recommended a Sony Bravia 7 by David who has years of knowledge. Reviews for this model tv were positive. The whole process was done quickly and professionally. We chose to pick up tv and do our own install. We had one configuration question which was immediately resolved by AJ the tech. The depth of professional experience at Electronic World is unusual in these times.

Do not bring a dj controller to this location for repair. They take 5 weeks to even look at it and you cannot keep it with you while you wait for it to be looked at. I was told that my repair had a “rush” on it but they never came through.

These guys rock! We had a new Sony TV, new Marantz amp, new B&W speakers and subwoofer installed and best of all, they were able to also include our "museum" of components (vinyl record player, VCR, cassette deck, CD/DVR changer) in the install!!! It took a few visits to get everything we needed/wanted together but now that it's done, it's wonderful. AJ really knows his stuff and was super and so was Josh. They adjusted the labor charge to be fair and we really appreciated the attention to our budget. Thanks so much for making it possible for us old time music fans to enjoy all of our various media.

This place is great! They sell lots of high-end equipment, really good systems. I just wanted a simple TV and I didn’t want to go to Best Buy or Amazon. I wanted people I could talk to and I wanted to buy local. David was awesome. The television set I bought was a simple little 32 inch Sony. They treated me as well as they would’ve treated a high-end customer that was spending thousands of dollars. I recommend this place 100%.

I wholely recommend them for repairs and sales. Great team and worth the costs to repair. Most recently, I brought them a circuit board that was fried and would have cost more than a new machine would. They repaired it quickly and it worked flawlessly when I installed it. When a used subwoofer failed a week after purchase, they attempted to repair it, but ultimately ended up giving me store credit towards a new one. I had purchased one used from them about 5 years ago and it lasted a very long time. I've been happy with my purchases and advice from Electronics World and recommend them for any AV and home theater installation or components. Thanks guys!
