Probably fine if you can get ahold of them - I've called them 6 times throughout today just to try to confirm an estimate and book a date to move. I haven't been able to talk to anyone and I suspect they're just too busy to handle outreach at the moment
That's usually a red flag for me - if they're unable to handle appointment booking, then they're likely too busy to resolve any issues if they do come up during a move, additional stress that i don't need
The movers paid close attention my needs at both ends of the move. They were courteous and efficient. They came in way under estimate. I highly reccomend there service.

We used Clutch Moving Company to move us from Pleasanton. Reason for 5 stars:
1) Great communication, Kept us up-to-date on moving preparation/date, etc
2) Hard workers: Octavio(and his team: Ray, Dough, Elvardo, Alexis (sp?))
did a great job, getting the move completed in one day. I was impressed
with their level of effort completing the move-out and move-in.
3) Available post-move. By mistake they left two items on the truck which
we didn't notice was missing until the next day. Octavio was on top of
getting the items returned (quickly responding to my phone calls). This
is a point where a company has your money, and possibly ignore you,
but not in my case, Octavia/Clutch Moving were quick to respond, and
dropped off the pieces.
Overall a positive experience!
Having to move, after just recently moving into what was supposed to be our forever home, was difficult. Everyone from Clutch was so helpful and responsive. The guys who did packing, loading and unloading were also so fast, careful, and even sensitive to the fact that this was an emotional event for our family.

We had a terrible experience in our dealing with Mary Ann from Clutch moving services who misquoted the total amount for our move and the company refused to honor their commitment to us
We had a very simple move planned from one storage unit to another with minimal stuff. We explained this several times to Mary Ann and she assured us the max we would be charged including labor charges n truck would be 360.
The final move was done in about an hour, without any usage of the truck and we were fine to pay the agreed amount to honor the agreement we had with Mary Ann.
When we got the final estimate it was 450 with a completely different breakdown and no acknowledgement of the reason for the difference.Even the mover who helped us mentioned that this was way higher than what should have charged ( closer to 250)
We spoke to Nina who kept explaining the new breakdown without making an attempt to check back with her team member who we had spoken to and give us an explanation for the earlier quote. We were finally charged a higher amount than what we had been told as the max all inclusive cost.
We are very disappointed with how the company and its associates have handled this. Its shows a complete disregard for customer experience and inexperience on part of the company associates.
This should be rectified with immediate effect.

Couple things
- The key issue that is missing that is left unaddressed is that your company rep Mary Ann, verbally quoted on the phone an amount that was a total of 360. I am sure you understand that we are quoting that specific amount as it was shared by your representative and not any other random amount.
- We made our final payment since we did not want to keep the movers or anyone else waiting. We are not in the least worried about $1.50, we have in fact payed above what was quoted to us by Mary Ann.
We expect that any person in the company would know how to discuss estimates and not misquote or falsely indicate an amount that the company policy can't and won't honor.
We have escalated this via your customer service support and can only hope that your team does their due diligence in their follow up.

First and foremost your husband signed the estimate with an estimate of 1150 -1350. On the estimate it clearly states what was going to be charged and it was way under your estimate.
We explained multiple times how the charge worked. You reached your two hour minimum but insisted on paying less than that.
You received multiple emails regarding what you were going to be charged so I am not sure what communication was lost.
The charge was correct and exactly what was stated in your estimate. There is nothing to rectify. Not to mention you also tried to pay 1.50 cents less than what was stated to you after the final price was agreed upon.

My family moved from Oakland, CA to Lake Stevens, WA in August. I've been meaning to leave a review and, well... moving across 3 states is a lot, so I'm behind on my to-do list! lol...
Anyway, I went with Clutch after getting quotes from 4 different providers. The quote was mostly in line with the others (less than the flat rate options), but I really chose these guys because the customer service was so good. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and responsive and I just got a good vibe... On moving day, the team of 4 guys moved us out of our 3 bed/2 bath place - which also included a piano and a treadmill. It's a lot of work to move that much stuff! They were timely, careful (wrapped everything so well), and were friendly (I'm so sorry, but I can't remember all the names on this team).
Two days later, I met Sal, Berner and James at our new home in WA. These guys were also great! The three of them unloaded two trucks - including that piano and treadmill - and were done just after lunch. I couldn't believe it all went so smoothly and fast! And again, friendly and respectful.
Oh, and the total cost ended up being in line with the quote! No surprises or gotchas! I can't say enough about how great our experience was... five stars!

WOW!!!!! If I could use a better word than PHENOMENAL I would! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Me and my husband recently moved to redwood city and there was no way him and my unathletic self would've been able to move all our stuff on our own. I called about 3-4 other places last minute as our initial plan was canceled and normally I wait to call companies back to confirm but the second I heard the quote and the rate they were able to provide I knew it would not get any better than that, I immediately confirmed on the spot. Not only did they follow through super promptly but let me tell you about the team. James Pahulu, Emerson Chavez, and Kerlin Romero were SOOOOOO GOOOOD!! SERIOUSLY built for this! One of them literally carried a whole table on their back! Not only that they were able to unload a whole POD, all under 2 hrs. They asked to show us our apartment and where the POD was and told us "okay go relax we got the rest" not a single scratch or ding was on our furniture...I commend them so much! Thank you Clutch Moving for making it sooo easy and effortless for us to move and settle in. If you're looking for quotes in the area don't look any further. TRUST ME.
