ClubRight - Arkham Fitness Thank you! We began using ClubRight around July switching from our previous provider. The service we have received from ClubRight has been outstanding! ClubRight Excels! We have been using ClubRight since the summer and we cannot fault their service and software! We have personally dealt with Yoana who has been extremely helpful and helped us overcome any obstacle or issue that has arose. Current Major Bug in the software I've had clubright since the beginning of the year. The team is decent and tries to be helpful in fixing the occasional glitches that happens which is expected. However, over the past 3 - 4 months there's been a major issue where members continue to be charged after their membership ends because the CR software all of a sudden is unable to cancel the DD mandate/subscription albeit the membership has ended. This is not only ruining our reputation as a business but it's resulting in a huge influx of DDIC claims as well as upto £900 - £1200 refunds to be processed each month. This is time consuming having to respond to each email individually, and becoming expensive because the transaction costs on these are non-refundable. We haven't received any apology from CR, nor have we received any update regarding t he time frame when they expect this bug to be fixed. I find it to be unacceptable and beginning to put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back to amend this review once it's fixed. I don't know how long I can continue to endure this before I consider looking for another provider.

I've used Clubright now for 6 months, and after my previous software company let me down with bad service, it's a breath of fresh air, and a third of the price! Support is also fantastic with my chats being answered very quickly.

Membership Tool Overall: Very good the team are very helpful Pros: Great onboarding team and help desk support. Very responsive Cons: Can be confusing creating membership plans / pay as you go if non standard fitness business

Quick, easy and cost effective solution Overall: Great overall experience and support including much appreciated on boarding Pros: Gives dedicated site app to the organisation Cons: Easy to integrate into our organisation although because we are not a gym some of the features not used must remain in place. If it was more adaptable for non gym use it would have fitted better.

I wish Clubright would actually work. Because, if it did work smoothly without the glitches, it would be a very good bit of software. The ideas in principal work. And it should provide exactly what my gym business requires. However, there are often glitches. And when there are issues which affect our operational capability - no one is ever available to help. The tech support from clubright is shocking. The customer service is a disgrace. The team at clubright come across as arrogant and unhelpful. I am constantly disappointed by their service. They never take responsibility for their mistakes and they never offer an apology. Our job as gym owners is not to fix Tech issues or be software programmers. We pay a company to do this work for us, for a reason. Clubright does NOT deliver the service they are supposed to. Becuase of this, I am looking elsewhere and I would NOT RECOMMEND Clubright to anyone.

Great user experience Pros: Ease of use. The chat button is a great idea when stuck with setting up certain parts to membership etc. Cons: So non-members can buy day, week or month passes. I had to create this as a membership option. Shame the software dashboard couldn't be used on Apple products. Sometimes the software doesnt work and is very slow to respond. usually on the weekends.

Great for small businesses Overall: Very friendly team, approachable and have the consumer in mind. ClubRight have acknowledged the fact we are a small business and have taken good care of us since joining. Pros: The member database Payment setup Prospect members Booking system Easy management Cons: We haven't managed to set up the access management yet however I'm sure once all of the teething process has been completed by transferring all members from our old system, it'll run smoothly.

6 Month Gym Review Overall: Id like to mention at this point that I have used the chat function LOADS, As its just myself running the whole business for the moment at [SENSITIVE CONTENT], that have been on the other side of the chat button at a moment notice have really made this software the one for me! These three legends have helped me set up, upgrade for more functions, even virtually walked me though sections and troubleshooting the welcome screen too. Note only are they friendly but the team also empathize that not all of us are computer wiz's. Cheers guys. Pros: This software is very user friendly. In both cases for the gym director and members. The interface in which I personally use for managing the gym day to day which bookings for classes and personally training or the members app which they use to scan in and book classes on their phone. Simplicity for the user is paramount for bookings. The bulk message/text or email option I utilize most to get the message out or even notify the members of up coming courses and events. The reporting feature is very useful to analyse loads of option too. Cons: The only slight issue I personally have come across with this software is that My Qr- Welcome screen sleeps at random times, where I have to re-boot and uninstall sometimes. But other that that its a fantastic system which i will use for the foreseeable. To note with this too. Is the 'chat' button which the Clubright team are there to assist at a moment notice.

Excellent member management software for the independent gym Overall: Clubright are excellent overall, they are on hand to provide support in a flash and are very accommodating to your needs. The app works very well and is perfect for our independent gym with many integrations that work well. I would advice against using DFC as a direct debit provider and instead going with GoCardless. Pros: Clean interface with lots of options. Clearly designed by someone from the gym industry as it has all the features which one would require. Customers like it and generally any issues can be easily sorted out. Cons: Advanced data sorting and extraction, csv files with complete customer database information (i.e hidden ID codes, membership codes etc). Currently can only sort by a few fields. The User App interface could be updated to be more modern.

LHFC Overall: Very good prodcut and staff are quick to reply. Pros: Very easy to use, simple back of house sysem for staff Intergration with DD company very smooth. Cons: Booking system for members a little clunky and cant do mass restrictions for timing of class bookings they all caome live from the time of the class.
