This is the worst software company I have ever used. We are a chiropractic clinic and have come over from the Vericle platform. This organizations customer service, and quality are among the worst I have ever had. The work ethic and attention to detail is horrendous. This organization has cost my clinic thousands upon thousands of dollars in claims as they were doing our billing for us. I highly recommend staying away from this organization, and sharing this information with others, specifically chiropractic or multidisciplinary practices. I would be more than happy to answer anyone’s questions on specific matters.
