I have been to this clinic before and had a good experience. Sadly, not this time. I booked a follow-up on the website for the following day. The clinic opens at 8am and my appointment was at 10.40am. I was rung 15 minutes before my appointment and they cancelled the appointment. Despite the clinic being open since 8am, they did not prioritse any new bookings or profiles. I was informed they were too busy to do that by the person who rung me. They were cancelling the appointment because they did not have a record of my first appointment. They also kept saying I had a 'new person' appt the following Tuesday which is bizarre. Despite being able to describe the previous therapist, as I could not give an exact date they stated that 'all appointments over the 6 month window would be classed as a 'new appointment'. No where in the website is this stated and there are no measures in place to stop people booking an incorrect appointment. This shows their appointment system is not linked to any sort of sensible database. Given you give your name and email upon booking this is very poor design. It then transpires (later in the call) that they did a system update in September 2025 and could not verify whether or not I had been a customer prior. No answer as to where my data now is. Just they don't have it. Issues (1) no mention on website re 6 month rule (2) loss of data (3) unnecessary cancellation 15 mins before appt (4) no adjustment or capacity to accommodate or make right on the day (5) only remedy to book a more expensive '1st time' appointment in future. (6) no manager available to make a decision So basically, they erased my data in an update and cant take my word if under 6 months or not, wasted my morning and as a freelancer have lost money, they have no fail safe way of checking the validity of profiles in timely manner The treatment I had last time was good, the operations around this morning have been shockingly poor. This is a training institution and you expect there may be variation in treatment quality as students learn but this is a series of mistakes which should have been avoided and handled very differently. Please read other reviews- this is not the first time. The clinic is well aware of this problem and looks like it will continue to mess around customers rather than fix their shoddy systems.

Did an online booking for 8:40am. Calls me up at 8:20am the day of telling me that their system accidentally booked me at tells me to go home. Poor booking management and communication. Dont intend to come ever.

Outstanding care and quick relief The appointment experience at the clinic was exceptional! The reception made me feel very welcome with their warm greeting. Sandy Smith’s care was outstanding—professional, friendly, and highly effective. After just two sessions, most of my back and neck pain was relieved. Sandy also went above and beyond by providing personalized exercises and posture tips to prevent future issues. I'm thrilled with the results and have happily scheduled a follow-up session. Highly recommend to anyone seeking effective and compassionate care!

I had a great experience at UCO Clinic! The team was professional, (booking was easy, reception was great), knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my concerns. My consultation focused on low back pain, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. The students and supervisors were attentive, explained everything clearly, and provided helpful recommendations. I left feeling much better and with a better understanding of how to manage my condition. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care in a supportive environment!

During a 1h20m appointment a 5th year osteopathy student was only able to fill his questionnaire and consult with his supervisor, I was told there was no time left for treatment and recommended to book another appointment next week. These people learn to prolong suffering of the patients. Never ever will I go to an osteopath, very bad service here to book more visits and pay more money. After 5 years of study they are so useless. Amazing! Went to a chiropractor after this, who resolved my issue within 1 min with 1 fast pull off my ankle.

My experience at the UCO Clinic was outstanding I recently visited the clinic for ongoing pain related to a knee injury I had been struggling with. As an exam appointment patient, I appreciated the thoroughness of student osteopath Holly's approach. She took the time to take a detailed history of my injury and medical history, and conducted a comprehensive examination. She identified the cause of my pain and provided a thorough explanation of the medical reasons behind my slow recovery, which was very reassuring. During the treatment, she worked on my leg with a range of techniques, and I left the clinic feeling a noticeable difference in my pain, which was a huge relief. Additionally, she provided me with a set of exercises tailored to help strengthen my knee joint. Overall, my experience at the UCO Clinic was outstanding. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking osteopathic treatment.

Elbow and shoulder Urvi treated me on Monday. They are students and you have to trust in the process. I do. I've been coming here for a year ISH after a broken elbow joint post surgeries. NHS listen up. These guys are doing a great job. Your NHS physics hardly even touch the person leave alone give the amount of time you get here. I received treatment for painful muscles and tendons, elbow arm back and scapulo thoracic joint (I asked the name!) this is an excellent service and cost is vfm. Thank you and well done everyone that supports these great tutors and brill students.

Nothing wrong with the students and tutors who did and observed my treatments. Star deducted for the receptionist. I was a new patient in May and they were running a promotion for new patients in May to get 50% off their follow up appointment. But I only realised this promotion on their website prior to my 2nd follow-up appointment, which was still within the month of May. Turned up for this 2nd follow-up appointment and asked the receptionist about the promotion. R: it's only for the first follow up. You should have asked for it then. Me: but why wasn't it given automatically? That sounds a bit unfair. R: that's just the trick of things. Even though she gave me the discount in the end, it left a really bad taste. Why is a therapy place talking about tricking patients?

Seen today by Sebastian, excellent session I fee so much better. Sebastian worked on my neck and hip area, gave me some exercises previously, which have definitely loosened up.my hip. I'd highly recommend this clinic and Sebastian. I just wished I'd l started going months earlier.

I had a great experience coming to the UCO Clinic. My initially consultation was around 1.5 hours where I was asked about why I came and what might have been causing my back issues. I was then walked through my treatment options along with some adjustments. I came out feeling great. The price was perfect as well as knowing you are helping people with their education.

Valeska Acosta is a consummate professional with a kind and caring approach. My sciatica and lower back pain has dramatically reduced and I am practically pain free after just one session! Valeska was methodical in asking the right questions in order to identify why I was in pain and pinpoint the affected areas. The treatment was thorough, extensive and addressed the necessary muscles that needed work. I recommend you give this clinic a chance.
