This is the biggest scam ever. They take your money and make promises of monitoring and providing supplements. Received initial lot then never heard back. Followed them up and all they sent was another lot of lozenges, no further screening or follow up. Avoid !

Watch out for the peak performance clinic.
For those affected by the scam and new people looking. Robert Daoud owned the climax clinic he sunk. Virgil page real name Micheal Farrelly goes by Wolfe.wolfe on instagram. Looks like a real weed. Worked with Robert Daoud. That’s how they started the AISS scam together.
A new clinic peak performance clinic opened up straight after they sent the AISS into liquidation. It’s the same snake running the new company so nothing will change. Be prepared to get scammed if you sign up.

They have now apparently gone into liquidation and have closed up shop.
But, all is not what meets the eye AGAIN ! They are now trading under another new name called PEAK PERFORMANCE CLINIC !!!!!
Guys, pass the word around, we cannot allow these scumbags to continue robbing people of their hard earned money by promising to help in a time of need, and then stealing their money and giving them zero or very little !!!!
Men’s health is being ignored by the government and these scumbags are taking advantage of people. If the government refuses to do anything about it, we have to !!!!
BEWARE. People do not use aiss previously known as the climax clinic. I have attached a recent write up they have put on there aiss site saying they are not taking more new customers but wanna continue to serve there existing customers due to unforeseen circumstances and bla bla bla. The owner of this company alias vergle michael and who knows what other names he’s operated under is a complete criminal and needs to be caught and put in jail. I went to them last year when they were known as the climax clinic in Shellharbour vergle who he said his name was then made all these promises about how his products would change my life. So I signed up then from that day on nothing but stuff arounds and could never get him on the phone again once he had my money. A few months in I started having health issues and discovered that I had atrial fibrillation ( an irregular heartbeat) from one of these medications that vergle swore by. Then and only then did he get on the phone to me acting all concerned but at the same time adamantly denying that anything that him and his bodgy drs prescribed me could have caused it. Had a 60 minute phone convo with his backyard dr dr Cody morris which I recorded. Eventually vergle agreed to give me a full refund due to the irrigating circumstances ie atrial fibrillation that I still suffer from today a year later. Took my bank details then stalled me and stalled me then eventually went missing. Cliamax clinic closed there doors and disconnected all contact numbers. Now I see this message about still wanting to serve existing customers. If you are an existing customer and your reading this please take note. He does not care about your health what so ever only your money and his products are dangerous I can vouch for it first hand. I have previously put a review on here before which they have somehow managed to take down. Vergle/michael my lawyer is still after you and if we can ever find you you will be held accountable in court I promise you. Any one who reads this and has been hurt or ripped off by this conman I’m sorry to hear it and please don’t hesitate to call me on 0416452493 anytime. Let’s all get together and take this grub down.

I've been with them for 2 years, first year was fine with a few minor issues that were fixed pretty quickly but the second year was the worst customer service I've ever received. The phone line ran hot when they were trying to get more money as soon as I paid the communication stopped it took endless emails, texts and calls to get my scripts which were always late. I wish I could give them 0 stars but I beg anyone to not fall for their false promises and sort alternative treatment this company is full of scamming thieves

I've been on testosterone replacement therapy when I went to refill my script the company's phones were off they were not responding to anything finally someone got back to me and advised me they wanted more money otherwise they wouldn't supply it even then I agreed and they still would not supply the goods they are a scam and they have put my health at risk and laughed at it go anywhere else but here they are not legitimate company and they need to be reported for fraud

The worst customer service in the history of customer service.
Happy to take my money, have failed to deliver all my products, ive been waiting for 3 months ????
it seems a common thread here, wish i had done more research into these guys before handing hard earned cash over.
the worst thing is i went through these guys so that i could be monitored by a DR? every request for a referral for blood tests has been ignored, now i have no idea how i am responding to my treatment? have i lost my money and done damage to my health? Do not use this compony i must have sent over 50 emails now, luck to have had 3 responses?

Well I'm another victim to these scammers!! Same as everyone else here was great service spoke with Sarah she was great, lots of advice and very helpful. Soon as i handed over the cash, absolutely nothing. Tried calling, tried emailing and getting nothing at all.
If anyone on here could please give me the contact numbers they have it would be greatly appreciated.

The climax, clinic and AISS and Virgil is completely fraud, started with them in February 1 delivery perfect. Every other one didn’t come took months. I’m still waiting on an order from August was told it was shipped probably five times
At one stage they left me after starting treatment without testosterone for over six weeks or any medication to try bring back my natural testosterone this alone is extremely problematic and dangerous
Beware on the phone, Virgil, promise you absolutely everything until you have an issue, and then you will never be able to get him on the phone.
Again, this company is complete Do not handover A single dollar you will receive. Nothing in return Other than headaches, stress, and a mismanaged hormone program

$1000 for the Dr who I have confirmed is real, a blood test for 'levels'. And their bs service. I was told what I reckon was a fake testimony in hindsight. By 'Sarah'.
Got me while I was vulnerable and stressed. In hospital doing TMS for depression.
I called the day before the product was in its final stage of shipping, to cancel my order. Because I had too much trouble in reaching them on the phone like others describe. To just ever get any service of any kind.
I'd been told bs by Sarah. About how long the product would last. For $750. Apparently get partner used the same product and could make 10ml last 3-4 months.
I got a product that lasts 66 days. Not 90 even. @ 0.15ml dose. Once a day. I made it specifically clear. I was not informed of the Dr determining the dosage after taking the blood test. I was under the impression. The blood test as I was told by Sarah. Was...
Just to make sure certain hormone levels are safe to take the product. What a load of horse Shite. All of it.
I was told by another operator 'sherry'. Another total scammer. How to administer the product. So wait for it. Neither of these two ditses are nurses at all. No RN giving any medical advice. Didn't talk to the Dr at all.
This is technically medical neglect. I received a product. It does have a compounding pharmacy label on it. That is a legitimate pharmacy.
However since the company is so dishonest. How can anyone trust anything about them.
I was supplied less that the 66 doses of a 10ml bpc vial than even me the volume (50 swabs 50 syringes).
I placed a DFT complaint. That had the company respond and say they'd honour a reorder of another 10ml on them to make up for the missing doses.
I called to meet that agreement. They never called back.
I applied for an NCAT hearing. They didn't turn up (The Australian institute of sports science - the same company).
I was told by the registrar even if they write a refund document/letter of demand of whatever kind (they're not real helpful this ncat bunch), that there was no physical address or the address I provided is wrong.
I provided the bloody address from their Web page. So they have no real company address. These people are complete scammer dogs.

Because this is completely negligence. Supplying medical TGA approved products with NO support at all!!!!!
Plus no product service after sale. Plus won't even abide by consumer laws and won't turn up to NCAT or comply with jack shite.

Vergel Page seems to be the initial salesman but you never make contact with him again after you’ve parted with your money(and in my case this was $3890)even though he insists you can contact him anytime?
The two other agents Cherry and Darcy are difficult to contact and fail to deal with complaints.
They seem to be totally disorganised.
My first order arrived but I had to chase my second with it eventually arriving 2 weeks late.
No continuity with treatment.
I made several attempts to get my 3rd order and have since cancelled in frustration.
The management just couldn’t care less.
Have been told my refund has been declined?
Legal proceedings have commenced to recover more than half of the monies outlayed.
No care for clients
No care for their clients, nor understanding of their duty of care in the medical field. My son was 4 weeks without supply and we could not get return phone calls. 7 calls and 2 emails in one day threatening to report them and testosterone is magically shipped. Research alternatives before dealing with this company.
