We knew we needed new windows and the moment the sales rep stopped by our house, we knew this was the company that would do work. He was very friendly, personable and was not pushy what so ever. Let’s face it putting all new windows in an entire house is not cheap but it is an investment. He explained all of the options to us that was best for us. We decided to do half the house and once we recovered from that financially we did the other half, as long as we started the work before the end of 12 months of the original quote we would keep that price. Having the house completed in 2 phases allowed me to see 2 different crews that complete their work, and both of them were top notch. They were friendly, kept the work site as clean as possible, explained what they were doing and why. They represented Climate Shield very well! If you have any questions you can call their office and you will speak to someone who is very eager to assist you and either answer your question or get a service tech to call you back. Their customer service has been top notch for me. I will say I firmly believe in shopping around and price checking, especially when you are making large purchases, I will say when Climate Shield left my home after the first visit, my wife and I knew they were the ones that would install our windows and they did not disappoint!

The experience I have had with Climate Shield has been nothing but a success. Every individual person starting with a person that knocked on my front door to the salesman all the way to the installation blew my shoes off. Everyone was very professional, willing to answer any questions I had and was knowledgeable in all aspects. I would refer them to anyone. In fact, I told my parents about this company who own rental homes and are in fact going to get some themselves. The quality is the best that I’ve seen, and the demonstration from the salesman will prove it. Hats off to the owner for having such a great staff. I appreciate everything they have done for me and will be referring them in the future.

From start to finish we were very satisfied with the whole process. Salesman came to the house and explained everything in detail along with measuring. Then the primary installer came and double checked the measurements. Approximately 8 weeks later we got a call advising that the windows had arrived and we scheduled an installation date and time. The crew showed up on the date and time as scheduled. From start to finish the installers were here just over 4 hours for 10 windows. Very organized crew. Very professional crew. Everyone had a job, knew their job and did their jobs. They cleaned up nicely after themselves as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The windows have drastically helped with our utility bills along with stopping the dust from coming in to our home. Thank you so much!
