Click Convert are simply amazing at what they do! Incredibly efficient and supportive in our company needs. We have been working with them for over a year now, regular online google ads training calls with Danielle have seen our Google Ads and business go from strength to strength.
With a goal of having all our google ads/marketing in house Click convert have provided an amazing training program to help us learn and implement to our own business.
We recently had a team member go to the Click Convert office, for a two day training course which again they found incredibly useful and it has added to their knowledge and ability to manage our google ads in house!

A company that genuinely cares about your business. Over the Years I have seen the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to marketing agencies. Click Convert are excellent at what they do because they actually care about delivering results and not just getting paid. A happy customer for 2 years now. Due to constant Google updates we do not have the time or resources to update ourselves. This is where Click Convert comes in and manages our campaigns for us. We'd been looking for a PPC manager for a while, had tried a few and had been disappointed with the results, so when we were contacted by Clickconvert we were a touch wary.

DO NOT LET CLICK CONVERT DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS!!! They managed to get my 4k+ products disapproved by google, yes all of them!!! They also caused my Shopify store to stop tracking conversions. Since google uses AI and your conversions, they totally destroyed all of our campaigns. Our conversions are shown in green in the attached image.

This issue has been raised directly with William, and he has repeatedly promised to remove the review but is unfortunately yet to action this.
After parting ways from Click Convert, an internal team member at William's company, who took over the management of the campaigns enabled Canada as a location on the feed in the Google Merchant Center. This was done without including the corresponding shipping rates. As such this doubled the number of products, which then made it appear on the diagnosis graph like 50% of products had been disapproved. The original products remained functional on the USA feed, which is the only location we were instructed to advertise in.
We did see a noticeable drop in the number of conversion goals towards the end of our collaboration. We promptly brought this to Williams attention and assisted in resolving the issue. This was despite this issue pertaining to the interference with the shopping plugin by a member of William's internal team. We discovered that the new feed plugin applied UTM tracking code away from the usual Google Ads tracking to PLA. Google Ads could then not accurately attribute the conversions to the campaigns.
