We had a problem with our security door a few months after installation, and the company’s response has been really poor. The woman who answered our call was rude, and quick to shift blame onto us rather than listen or offer help. The salesperson who sold us the door promised to look into it, but it’s been over three weeks and we’ve heard absolutely nothing back. This business clearly doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve made a sale. I would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Required new flyscreen doors to replace the ones that came with my stacker doors. I wanted something that was solid and secure. After doing a lot of research I settled on Crimsafe. I settled on Clearview Security after they advised that they were able to do stacker doors without issue (many were not able to due to the corner locking mechanism). They successfully replaced my stacker sliding flyscreens. I also added a security flyscreen door and some screens to the front of the house and another security sliding door to a master. All were done in the time frame that was estimated. Mel, Ben and Aaron (especially his music soundtrack, great to listen to some Credence Clearwater while at home while the doors were getting installed) were helpful and I would definitely recommend Clearview Security in the future.

Just WOW The sales guy Ross was super nice, not pushy at all. He showed me all the options and when I made my choice that was that. Sales team in the office were excellent, because I ordered a custom front door I was warned about lead time and didn't get any unrealistic expectations. The installer Aaron has got to be one of the best tradies I have had doing work on our house. Well presented, well mannered, clean worker and his attention to detail is excellent. Overall I now can't wait to have them come back and do all the windows in the new year. Keep up the great work guys and girls 10/10

I am not happy with the installation of our sliding door as I had to contact Clearview Security to return to adjust the door plus instal the lock tumbler correctly , they seemed very disgruntled about returning to do something they should have done in the first place .

One of your work vans parked on my front garden while installing my neighbours’ new doors. When I asked them to move it off the flower bed they had destroyed they were very rude and insulted me. Do not recommend (my neighbours also said they were overcharged for an inferior service compared with competitors that they had received in the past, and over quoted price despite not being punctual)
