Artex removal from ceiling
Cleargen is an excellent company for asbestos removal. They were able to remove asbestos from the ceiling of my flat, including tight areas like small cupboards. The team was courteous, clean and tidy. They were quick to complete the job and offered a very reasonable price. Overall, I had a great experience with Clear Gen and would highly recommend their services.
Asbestos Removal
Anthony and his team were very professional throughout the process, from communication to implementation. They kept us informed every step of the way. We discussed how the job would go and eventually agreed to be off site for the work, this allowed the job to be done quicker. On our return, the team had done a great job of cleaning up and the independent inspector was very impressed with the level of work carried out before signing off. Superb help - honest, decent and professional
Anthony is a decent and honest professional. I called Antohny outside of normal working hours with an emergency issue. Anthony very patient and reassuring, and kindly provided a professional assessment of the situation at no cost, and offered ways to rectify and problem. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.
Removal and disposal of asbestos floor tiles and latex/pva encapsulation
The team were punctual, efficient, and took care in the removal and disposal of the asbestos (~21 sq m). We left them to do the work at 8am and they had the place cleared and the floor encapsulated by noon. Communication was friendly and knowledgeable, a waste consignment note was provided, and they arranged a separate company to perform a reassurance test (air quality) the following day which we passed without trouble. Very happy with the whole service, recommended.

I couldn’t really afford to get a whole new roof removed, and replaced
So discussed with Jamie from CG and they completely cleaned existing roof all down. Fixed and replaced any loose tiles/ridge tiles
Then painted it twice with a protective coating
All was done (bar one rainy day getting in the way) in less than 4 days on a semi-detached property

From me first making contact with Cleargen, Anthony was extremely professional and organised a quote within 24 hrs after finding out my requirements. Discussing his recommendations, to calling our water supplier (works being completed during a water ban) to make sure that the works were ok to go ahead, to checking with the sealant supplier and giving us advice. The operatives worked extremely hard and have exceeded our expectations and it all looks like new.

I can't fault the level of service provided by Cleargen. Not only did they carry out all the work requested to a high standard, they cleaned our garden and pool furniture as an extra. All the debris was removed from site, and where dirt had splashed onto the painted walls and windows of the house, it was all properly cleaned on completion. Very happy.
