It was nice working with CleanTeam of Indianapolis. Management was nice to me and just to say that I recommend anyone who is looking for a job this is a good job to go for. They will treat you right. This is probably the most wretched company I’ve worked for . The Feild Leader Ray is an absolute joke. You can tell he has never had leadership experience prior to working with clean team. Aside from the poor pay, the poor training, poor employee relations, the worst part about this company they will treat you like a disposable employee regardless of how long you’ve been employed with the company or how good of a job you do . It did not take long to realize they do not care about how they talk to and treat their employees. When I relayed my grievances to my higher up I was told verbatim “even if you call corporate, nobody cares and they will do nothing”. I would never work at this company again even if I was desperate !!

I work currently for clean team and it is a very good job. I work part time and it is flexible with my day. Not stressful, good people around you. They will help you with anything you need help. There is nothing bad I can say

I work for clean team part time now for 10 month The officer I clean as close to my home and the hours are flexible I can't say anything negative since this is only 15 hours per week for me One thing I want to point out, they will not give you a raise regardless of your attendence. This was very disappointing to me

Clean Team has the best management! They truly care about their clients and build personal bonds with staff they regularly interact with. They also take responsibility when they mess up and do their best to fix it! Would recommend to any company who wants perfect cleaning and friendly staff

I have worked with cleaning services at other libraries and am truly quite pleased with the service provided by Clean Team. It feels like they truly have buy-in to the building, no matter what the circumstances. Professional, efficient, and friendly, I really enjoy working with everyone at Clean Team.

Clean Team is a good company to work for. If anyone is looking for a full-time or part-time job, I suggest checking them out. It's the best cleaning company I have ever worked for. I came back to Clean Team due to my site manager, Andre, who has shown to be a person of integrity and professionalism. He respects his employees even though he is the manager. He does not look down on them, which is a good example of a leader, and a perfect example for young people (and old) who aspire to advance in leadership positions.
