Clean Team - Grand Rapids Reviews

When I started out at Clean team I was very happy loved working on my own. But when I became an area manager it was way different you are not treated the same we never have an opinion about nothing. When you voiced your opinion you would get shut down it didn't matter what you said Lisa was always right. I really liked working for them but when I wasn't an area manager you are treated way differently when you become an area manager. When I was an area manager I had hurt my knee really bad and they were aware of this and I was in so much pain I couldn't barley walk or do my job they didn't care all they said it has to be done no matter what. With all that being said I ended up quitting the company I had a lot going on and the building I was cleaning for kept complaining to Lisa about little things that I wasn't do witch I was doing and she wouldn't send proofs to show her what I hadn't done and Lisa just believed her so I left the company cause I felt like I wasn't doing good that's what clean team makes you feel like that you don't do good then I applied to the company again hoping I get my job back nope they called me to tell me I was trying to burn them cause I didn't set an alarm in the building when I was being rushed by Lisa the general manager to drop my things off so I drop it off and I left she did tell me to wait for the area manager but I couldn't because I was being rushed and I had a job I had to get to and Lisa new I told her about the new job and I couldn't wait for the area manager I'm only posting this cause I couldn't say what I wanted now everyone knows the truth about clean team I just hope they can do better with other employees and listen to them let people have a voice and also they all sit in a group and talk about employees in the managers meeting Lisa will talk over you when you try and say your side it don't matter what you say it only matter what she says I really loved my job up until I became an area manager then I was always stressed out I know when I post this they will all talk about it in there managers meeting and they will probably try and remove it so nobody will know now this is out there for the world to know and what it's like to work for clean team

If I could give 0 starts I would! COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT SUCKSSSS! They post “available” jobs then after you apply they call to see availability then say they’ll call you back with availability?! Then if you ask, umm what about the job I applied for it’s a BIG problem. Jennifer is so unprofessional she called me and couldn’t remember a return number or what company she was calling for. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great company to work with! Our cleaner does an excellent job. Carpet cleaners are excellent!

Lisa and her team do a fantastic job making sure our facility is clean and organized. Very attentive to any requests for special customer visits, and ensures everything looks great. They are even willing to come in and clean on a Saturday if I give them a few days notice. Very dependable group, I am so happy that I switched services to Clean Team!

Clean team is a wonderful company to work for management and the employees are awesome ☺️
