So poor inefficient not effective services. In spite of knowing I have a dog they have used bad poison which harmed my dog. But cockroaches are same as before . They took exorbitant money and promised for repeat gel treatment after 15 days which they totally denied .. person Mr. khan is very bad attitude beware of him .

Dear Customer, You availed only a Kitchen pest control services on 5th March, wherein you had messaged my colleague that 50% of the cockroaches are reduced too. You had also mentioned that you will refer us to your known services through your group. Subsequently, post 15 days, you had requested for Dining area and drainage pest control which will be charged additionally as it was not part of our initial service. Dog was nowhere close to the kitchen when pest control was carried out. We dont use any wrong or low level chemicals for any of our pest control services. Khan is with us for over 4 years now who is an expert in these. Money paid was only Rs.2400+GST, which is not exorbitant in any standards. I personally enquired with Khan too on these and so as my colleague Stella who has the whatsapp chat conversation. You in fact even informed that you tried many other service providers and where not happy with their services to Stella on a call. I am surprised to see such a feedback after all the above. Additional service will be chargeable only. We are here in the market for over 12 years and you can see other customers feedback too. Kindly let Stella know if you need additional payable service. have a great day

I had a happy and positive experience with CleanPro's full-apartment 'deep cleaning' service. I needed to get my apartment (1352 sq ft) cleaned, before my tenant moved in. When another company which promised to do the cleaning on 08/07/24 ditched me at the very last minute, I was extremely worried. Then searching in Google, I found CleanPro Services and hired them to do the job. I explained my plight to CleanPro around 4 pm on 08/07/24, and they arranged to do the job for me starting on the very next day itself, 09/07/24, starting at 10 am! I was extremely relieved and looking back now, I wish I had found them earlier. The CleanPro team did an excellent job for me. I found their team highly professional. They were highly skilled and did their work quickly. They were simple, humble, and polite but did a great job for me using their machines, liquid detergents, and other cleaning materials. I will recommend them without any hesitation to anyone interested in a cleaning company that is efficient, prompt, and of superb quality.
