I am very dissatisfied with the service this company provided for cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. While the air duct cleaning itself was very good, they did not tell me up front that I would be responsible for providing new vent registers. In addition, Alex was not willing to do the work needed to access my dryer vent, which requires taking the door off the closet where my stacked units are housed. I have had this vent cleaned before, and wish I could remember who we used! It is an awkward fit, but in my small condo, every inch counts. And they charged me for it, even though it was not done! I had to hire another company to do it, but the worst part was the extremely rude reply that I received from Isabelle when I asked to be reimbursed for this portion of the work. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Call one of the many other highly rated companies in this area if you need these services.

I can highly recommend! Air Duct Cleaning. Nemad, the tech, showed up on time dressed professionally and in a clean van. He was polite and professional and explained everything that he was doing. He did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased with the service so
much so that I just scheduled my own ducts to be cleaned at my house.

Previous owner left ducts in very bad condition - dust,rocks and all other bacterias where in whole system,also I been notice some bad smell every time when I turn A/C on.

We got one of the best services today from Air Duct Cleaning. The technician, Uros, came to our house on time, very professional, and did a marvelous job to clean our HVAC duct, all of the vents including the dryer vent, and coil. He also took time to answer all my questions. We definitely will hire them again in the future for similar services.

Nash did an incredible job doing air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and coil cleaning. He came on time, he explained everything he was doing, cleaned up after, and had my house feeling fresh. I can immediately tell a difference in air quality. I don’t believe The old owner did a deep clean to the ducts like this before and we knew we had to get this done before we moved in. This company is extremely professional and quality. They know their stuff. Would recommend. Very happy with their service.

I am totally pleased with the outstanding service by the employee that treated my home. I actually learnt a great about my house, because the service person explained every step and tolerated my additional questions. Air Duct Cleaning LLC provided great HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning services at a great price. Everyone, from Isabelle, the scheduler, to Nash, the technician who did the work, was professional and very easy to work with. Nash arrived on time, and kept me informed throughout the process from start to finish. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.
