We were told everything would be handled for us from start to finish. Our solar panels were installed last year, but to date they have never connected them. The breakers were installed wrong and have since been pending the city permit, but it’s like everyone just disappeared and didn’t bother about us anymore. Extremely disappointing.

The solicitors from this company are a masterclass in how to destroy a brand. They are unprofessional, clueless about their own products, As-well as not even knowing where their business is based out of. Arrogance and audacity to the point of insulting people as they walk away when they don’t get an immediate sale. If the company continues to rely on people who berate potential customers instead of educating them, it will fail spectacularly. This isn’t just bad salesmanship… It’s active sabotage, driving away anyone with a shred of sense. Until they completely overhaul this team, the company doesn’t stand a chance of building trust, credibility, or long term success. Better yet, Said solicitor was coaching two other (soon to be solicitors). proof this company breeds arrogance and inaction. Worst I’ve seen… by a country mile…
