Faulty lock replaced (HG1) Key to high security composite door lock suddenly stopped working from outside. Came within an hour to assess and confirmed new lock needed. Put a temporary cylinder in so door could be secured without risk of complete failure until permanent replacement was obtained and fitted 2 days later to accommodate our availability. Came at agreed time, quickly completed job as agreed, advised on best replacement, made sure we knew how to register lock / obtain spare keys. Polite and professional throughout.

Replacement door lock (HG2) Fantastic service, would highly recommend. We requested the quote on Friday 14th for a non urgent lock change. We were called back within minutes and the new lock ordered and fitted the next day. There was an issue (due to a part purchased elsewhere) but CJF returned the next day and sorted it for us. Excellent service, friendly and extremely reasonable price.

Fixed lock on my home (HG4) Around a 35 minute drive for them to come out to Bedale but there weren’t any problems at all, was nice on the phone and didn’t care about the drive and were done quickly. Class service ????

New locks fitted for garage (HG3) I needed new locks fitted for my garage and CJF locksmiths was very efficient and reliable. He was very polite and friendly and didn’t leave any mess behind aswell. On top of that the price wasn’t bad at all.
