excellent service! movers were incredibly helpful and friendly. we encountered a lot of issues with the venue security but the movers were very patient with us! they went out of their way to let me and my colleague hitch a ride on their truck when we had to travel between loading bays too! the sales team have also been very helpful in answering our queries. all around great people! will definitely use their services again

I hired Citywide for two separate events: one corporate and one personal. Both times the Citywide movers impressed me with their professionalism, patience, and punctiliousness. RK was my driver for my personal move where I transported a large number of balloons and he was very thorough in ensuring none of them popped. Overall very good experience with them and I would absolutely approach them again.

Very professional and customer friendly business. I had contracted with another local service to move a small load of household goods from storage to my apartment but they did not show up. Simply left me waiting with no van, no call, no show. I called citywide and they had a van to me within 1 hour, with no advance booking. It was lucky for me that they had a van and driver available. I called 6 other local firms and they either refused outright or could only get a van to me hours or days later. Citywide came through. I will definately use them again and would highly recommend.

Quick and fast storage solution. Had contacted them midnight before. They managed to get their own movers to collect my stuffs and send to the storage the very next morning. Price is cheap only $70 for a pallet sized items. Needed for 1 month only. Flexible. Thanks again

I was recommended by a friend about this moving company. Had no regrets in for choosing them. The initial staff were very helpful and assisted me in the booking and explained all cost upfront. When they arrived I actually had a little more items then but their boss Jay didnt charge extra as items can still fit within the trip. Usually other companies come will increase the price here and there. A very honest company and NO GST. Much appreciated. Will recommend to others!

Used them for my container clearance. They did very fast and smooth. First time using them. My things were all properly handled and packed in pallets before delivery. Good company to use for container stuffing/unstuffing.
