Citation has handled the appliance testing at our church in a manner which gives confidence. Although their engineer had phoned in sick on the planned date, I was informed early in the morning. Later on, that afternoon, they phoned to say that they had managed to arrange a visit for the following day. The engineer arrived early, and worked steadily throughout the morning. He was polite, tidy and thorough. I feel their service from first enquiry to completed job was done in a professional manner with clear communication and was good value for money.

When dealing with Maya initially she gave great customer service, Maya was patient and contacted me a couple of times to ensure that we were happy with the covid precautions the company had put in place. the tester Kevin was very good and kept me appraised of what needed to be done.
