WOW!! Service was excellent. Paul was great setting up schedule/ repairs. Christ and Team are very professional. The new air duct works as it should, all rooms are now getting air and is very comfortable. With the new insulation, house is holding temp and Heater/AC is not running as much. We decided to have our home inspected for energy efficiency. Convenient Home Services is family run and handles all aspects. Paul was super at setting up an appointment. Chris came out and was very thorough. He explained things in a way to easily understand. A report was then drawn up and we were able to make decisions on what we wanted done to make our home more efficient. There was no pressure to do all the work recommended. It was our decision. They did answer all questions we had. Now when it came time for all the work, they arrived on time and worked very efficiently explaining what they were doing. I don't think I have ever seen a team work that well together. I was very impressed. We will definitely be using them in the future. We have already seen a drop in the time our AC is running in this Arizona heat.

We are very pleased with the services provided by "Convenient Home Services". Paul, who managed the project, as well as several secretaries we dealt with were all courteous and responsive to our questions, concerns, and our scheduling requests. The gentlemen who performed the work, which was accomplished very recently in the heat of the summer" were very friendly, hard-working and were conscientious regarding the homeowner’s property and were meticulous in covering items below the work area to prevent overflow of insulation onto personal property and they cleaned up promptly when they had completed the project. Overall, we are pleased with Convenient Home Services and their affiliated company and would particularly like to thank the servicemen who came to our home to provide the service, namely, Uriel and Luis. We would recommend this company to those seeking the services that they provide and we would use them for future projects without hesitation.

The inspection was thorough and they considered multiple ways to assist with the home staying cool over the summer. Hired for ductwork rework and they worked with us on pricing to align with something we could afford while also maintaining the integrity of the updates needed. Convenient Home Services is now and will always be our A/C & Heating company. On May 12th, they came to our house to repair the A/C coolant line that had been damaged by another company at my house repairing a plumbing line. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling the office and speaking with Paul, James and a member of his crew were at our house to inspect the damage and decided right then and there to repair the coolant line so we would not be without our A/C for any longer than we'd already been. We've been customers of Convenient for 16 years but even this service was way above and beyond any service we've received during this time. Do yourself a favor and call Convenient Home Services the next time you need help with anything related to your home, but especially your heating and cooling system. They are just an all around amazing company to do business with. Thanks, Paul, James and all your crews!

James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning  needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition.  The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

I was introduced to Convenient Home Services because they were a provider on the SRP energy audit program. They came and did an assessment of my cooling needs. First of all they found large gaps in my ductwork that was letting large amounts of air to be released into the attic. Second they found little or none insulation in the living room vaulted ceilings. We were going on vacation and we let them come and do the repairs while on vacation. Upon returning all new ductwork was installed, plus new boxes for air exchange, 2 new intake vents for more air flow, and insulation in the living room. Weeks ago when we hit record hot temps I noticed my office was very warm. The repairs were done 11 months ago but there was no hesitation, they came and changed flow directions and adjusted vents. Now it's working great.
