Great experience from start to finish! Tyler came out promptly and submitted a very reasonable estimate. They worked with my time line for the install. Tyler and team did a impeccable job with install. Area was spotless. Furnace works great and I highly recommend Custom Heating and Plumbing for your furnace and ac needs. My first furnace install with CHP was in 1997 and I will always call them first...and you should too!

I've had them out a few times.... new furnace and hot water heater and a couple other issues. Their employees are nice and good to be around and also know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.. Now they have been out at 9:00 on a Sunday night to get my furnace going again...... They have been wonderful.

I first used CHP in 2001 for my mechanical, heating and cooling on a new build and have used them ever since. Most recently on a garage heating installation. They are always prompt, professional with quality work. All the staff has been cordial and care about the needs and satisfaction of the client. Cannot beat them all around including bang for your buck.

Had them out 3 times because after they installed our AC unit it had a horrible smell. After about 4 1/2 years the owner said it was our fault and the smell gave us bad headaches every time it started up. Finally after the 3rd time they finally found out the problem and it was something they did wrong. The owner wouldn't even answer our calls.

I called to get an estimate on an ac unit for my disabled uncle and was told it was free. The guy that came to look at ac said it needed recharged but they don't do recharge on those units then he slid the switch on thermostat to fan setting and then sent a bill for $95. He could have told us we needed to slide the switch or should have told us it would be $95 for him to slide the switch over. Maybe it should be your policy to advise the customer how much it will cost beforehand.

After interviewing several installers we chose Custom Heating & Plumbing to install a new furnace and central air. We started this during a very busy time and our job was started and finished within a very acceptable time frame. All of the workers that we came in contact were pleasant, worked steady, and answered any questions. They explained how the products worked. If I called with any questions ,whether before or after, my calls were returned promptly. We would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about Eric and Kevin. The attention given toward customer service is amazing. I had post construction concerns twice. I called and twice I was shocked that there was no disagreeing or condescending attitude. The answer, let's get someone out there and see what's going on. Scheduled an appointment, was called an hour before the scheduled time and arrived when they said. I would recommend this company to anyone Customer service like that is a rarity by today's standards. Thank you.
