It was quick, the food was on point, and the people were friendly. It is pretty small in comparison to other locations, but we went on a Monday night around 9pm, so we were the only people there, aside from two NYPD officers who ordered after we sat down to eat, but they took theirs to go. The restroom is locked and you have to be a paying customer to use it (which is why we decided to just buy food there in the first place!) I'd highly recommend!
The line moves quickly. The staff from the food preparers to the cashier are always friendly. I often get take out but will cop a seat instead wanting to eat while everything is still hot. With an average fast casual lunch costing between $10-$15, it is nice to at least get good portions with enough left over for an evening snack.
If the sign indicates you open at 10:45, staff should already be prepared and serving at that time. Customers expect quick service to return to their schedules, not to wait 10-15 minutes. While the staff was friendly, management should ensure the food is prepared by opening time. This isn't an isolated issue; it's the third time I've experienced this.
Ordered online for pick up walked couple of blocks to get my food then walked back to find my order is completely messed up. The food was missing items and replaced with things that was not requested. Employees was huffing and complaining of customers being inside the store and saying it under their breath and heard.
The food at the counter looked like it's was food from yesterday. Looked dried up. The Hispanic guy and girl didn't want to at work. The Hispanic guy started saying "ya valió madre" I understand Spanish so I understood that. My coworker went back to get more food he ask him if he was ok and he said he's not that why we in there. That they don't want to work and the snow. The female at the register had a nasty face talking with and attitude. We never coming back. Hospitality should've been warming do to the fact we city workers and we out here working doing snow removal.
