What a wonderful time we all had! Seven of us, a lunchtime gathering yesterday. The two front of house staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we asked questions and made good recommendations to us. The food was absolutely faultless and so very tasty. Great food, great price and great service. Went for Sunday lunch. Clearly was popular as lots of other people were there enjoying the lunch menu which offered a good choice of small plates to start followed by a main course. Portion sizes were good, particularly bearing in mind the fantastic price. Everyone in our group thought the food was delicious. Respect staff. Service was not rushed and the restaurant wasn’t too noisy so everyone in our group could hear, often a problem in restaurants. Throughly recommend.

Fairly disappointing to be honest. The staff are friendly but the food could do with some va va voom. Point in case the pointless uneatable salad served with every small portion of starter. Sorry guys.

Our family have been going to the Chilli Banana in Macclesfield for many years now. Whether to eat in the restaurant or to take away, the food is always excellent. The owner, Ben, and his team are really friendly and the service is great. It is our ‘special place’.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent food and fantastic staff. A few of the servers said they were quite new and they had warm, friendly smiles. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.
