Crescent Movers are Unprofessional..... PERIOD! SAVE Yourself! DON"T EVER USE CHICAGO CRESCENT MOVERS! (I got jipped out of money and movers were inappropriate). I was moving and was very hesitant. A older woman that I had known since childhood had REFERRED me to Crescent Movers. The manager Brian reached out and gave me a quote. Then I made an appointment. The team came on a Thursday, the day of the move and told me that I had to rent boxes for my clothes that I had already packaged in bags ($15) a box. This was not discussed ahead of time. The team leader told me to look online and that he always gets 5 star reviews. I asked them to be careful with a particular antique table item and they ignored me. They used the table to support some boxes after I asked them not to. They were so much in a hurry that they did not want to take any of my clothes and smaller items because they said it was too much. He recommended that I do it myself with friends and family. ( Why do I need them for then?) So the clothes got left. Then when I got to my new apartment (house). I was rushed to pay and one of the other movers KEPT ASKING FOR MY TELEPHONE NUMBER. Afterwards, I sent an email to Brian (the manager) about the problems, he apologized and he said that he would fix it. I told him to come back on Saturday and we scheduled an appointment. He called me at 12pm, back after 15 phone calls and said that he couldn't find anybody. By then I had been waiting for the movers for almost an hour to come. My lease was up on Saturday. Then I asked him to come on Sunday and he said "no". Then I told him I was going to write a bad review and contact the news and then he responded by saying "yes". I said he should meet me on Sunday at 12pm. Sunday came around and thank God that I worked something out where I could finish with friends and family before 12. Because 12pm was too late. It took 3 cars and 2 trips to get all of my stuff from the apartment. Some saintly neighbors came to help me. I then asked the manager (Brian) for a reimbursement. He said he would try to get $50, then I said $100. Then he said maybe $75. He NEVER called back, but know I know never to use movers again. I will probably do better with some college students or something.

Luis and his team were incredibly professional, easy to work with, and most importantly they were very kind people! Brian was also very helpful getting my move scheduled. On the day of the move, Luis and his team had me packed up & moved into my new place in record time! Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Chicago Crescent Movers.

It was a very tough complicated move. These guys worked like super humans. It was 3 different stop , mistakes were made and fixed instantly . There was an error in billing I called Brian he was there on 30 minutes with cash in his hand to fix it. People make Mistakes after straight hours of work Finding and fixing the mistakes is the true testament to judge them buy. My daughter will be moving in a few weeks and told her to use Creacent. My wife and I hired Chicago Crescent Movers to move our one-bedroom apartment with quite a bit of delicate stuff after hearing about them from an co-worker who was referred by his realtor. They did an amazing job. They were quick, careful and professional. Everything made it over to our new place and placed where we asked. We barely had to lift a finger. Lewis led the crew and did an awesome job making sure everything was done right. We will definitely use Chicago Crescent Movers and Lewis again on our next move and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for local or cross state movers in Chicago.

I recently moved with crescent movers and it was the most stress free move I ever had. They were very careful wrapped all fragile items this was the first time I moved and there was no damage I moved with a couple other company’s in the past and have bad experiences but no this time. They even assembled back my bed at my new house and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. I would highly recommend and will be moving with them again.

The movers were excellent and extremely careful with fragile items. Themo and brothers of the company Crescent Movers, assisted with this local move. Crescent movers provided an estimated that matched the bill at the end of service. The company was trust worthy. The staff was friendly upon calling as well. The manager even explained my bill to ensure I was aware of each charge. I felt comfortable with this company and highly recommend them!
