Regarding the heating, this was a building-wide failure affecting one of the heating risers. We are truly sorry about this. You should have informed us, and we could have had the heating technician come earlier (the guests after you reported it immediately; we sent them portable heaters and the repair was completed the following day).
Regarding the “staff note”, we are not a hotel and we always answered your questions, but indeed, we do not have staff on site.

Sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
☺Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, wir hatten viel Stauraum für unser Gepäck. Es sind viele Bücher oder auch einige Spiele zum verweilen da.
Wie waren mit zwei Hunden da, es sind sogar Hundenäpfe vorhanden.
☹Es ist ein älteres Haus mit viel Charm, leider auch etwas hellhörig wenn Nachts zum Beispiel ein Nachbar nach Hause kommt ist das sehr gut zu hören.
