Cuisine créative, saine, de qualité, originale. Établissement tenu avec passion qu’on retrouve dans l’assiette. Laurence est charmante et attachée à chaque détail. La décoration, le dressage, le vin, tout est parfait. Pensez à réserver à l’avance car on y vient et on a envie d’y revenir.

D’une part pour la qualité et le feu d’artifice gustatif lors du repas, et d’autre part pour le moment de partage, intimiste et enrichissant. Cet endroit est une merveilleuse découverte, une pépite ! Je recommande vivement à quiconque passe par Interlaken et souhaitant déguster de très bons plats aux produits élaborés, locaux et sélectionnés avec amour, et profiter d’un moment de partage. My family ate here for dinner one night after a tour to Jungfrau’s Top of Europe and loved it. You deal directly with the chef (Laurence) and the meal was lovely. We enjoyed an excellent lunch and can highly recommend the restaurant. It is a one woman business, no chef, no servers and her vocation is to provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere with very good food. There is a set menu with two choices, meat or vegetarian. Everything is fresh and local. The owner is half French and that was reflected in the cuisine which was lighter and more delicate than typical Swiss restaurant meals. Well worth a visit.

Wir haben diese Adresse per Zufall gefunden, aber ich habe noch selten in der Schweiz so raffiniert und fein gegessen für so einen Preis ! 🙂 das Konzept ist toll und die Stimmung sehr angenehm, wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

One of the best dinners I've had. The ambience of the restaurant is very modern, nice, and pleasing to the eyes. The attentiveness and welcoming attitude of Laurence makes the eating experience great on its own, but the food definitely speaks for it's self. I had the pre-set menu which included an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Each dish stood out on their own for different reasons and were extremely satisfying. Chef Laurence was also great at recommending drinks to go with the dishes which was the cherry on top for an already great experience. Definitely will come again given the chance. I can only wish the best for Chef Laurence and her restaurant Chez Laurence, it deserves it.

Amazing! Fixed course menu and absolutely delicious from start to finish! Chef/owner makes everything from scratch and uses such different techniques to cooking. The best French food I have had! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation now!

Great Food, Great Service and Passionate Bright restaurant with a cosy atmosphere and very friendly service. Took time to explain each course in detail and each wine for each course. Always replied to my partner’s emails promptly when needed from parking to dietary requirements. Loved the idea and the fact the...M chef was the owner showing real passion in her food and also the restaurant and I can see this as my family runs restaurant in the UK since 1990. Look no further and if you wish to have a great dining experience, not many reviews due to opening just before COVID out break so please do not base your decision on the amount of reviews! If I come back to Interlaken will definitely go again!
