Amazing customer service and stunning frames. I ordered flower preservation frames using my Grandad’s funeral flowers and expectations were exceeded when I received them. Vicky was outstanding with her customer service, keeping me up to date on the process and when a hiccup with delivery out of her control occurred, she sought a solution straight away. White flowers have dried off colour which is normal but doesn’t resemble the colours in the bouquet. That is the natural process of white flowers.

Thank you Sharon. We do advise on pure whites potentially turning less so during the drying process. We had alot of white flowees in your bouquet. We contrasted those with the greenery to help make them stand out.

Gorgeous frame made from my wedding bouquet. Communication was excellent! There were some issues with royal mail which were no fault at all of the seller but it was resolved quickly. Item really well packaged. I'm so pleased I purchased!

Delivery was slower than started, but this was not the fault of Vicky. Two lovely frames made from my bouquet and Vicky was very helpful when I had questions. She also helped to track where my parcel was.
