Avoid. Lost my bridal bouquet and is yet to fully refund me. Has since removed themselves from Etsy therefore this is my only outlet. I will not ever get those flowers back. I didn't even get to see a picture of them "finished" in my keepsake product because Cherish Keepsakes ignored my messages as they are now. Worst customer experience and overall experience to date. Avoid.

White flowers have dried off colour which is normal but doesn’t resemble the colours in the bouquet. That is the natural process of white flowers.

Once purchased, I got a lovely email confirming purchase and constant up to date communication. I was expecting the product to take about 3 weeks but was delivered within one week. The cufflinks are beautiful and my partner loved them and a lovely touch to add to our wedding. I will defo use again in the future.

Beautiful double heart gold ring . I had a ring made by cherish keepsakes for my daughter as a Christmas gift . As we had lost 5 close family members in a very short time. I was over the moon with the ring and my daughters words .was the most precious gift she has ever had .the ring had a double hart in the 1 heart there were 3 members ashes and in the 2nd heart 2 family members hair. Highly recommended this company and can't thank Victoria enough for making the ring so special.
