My partner and I order out once per week as a treat, and most weeks, it's Chef on Call. The fries are the best in town, everything we've eaten here is fantastic, my partner swears by their poutine, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
They also employ their own drivers for delivery, so no worries about cold food or long wait times.
On top of that, their loyalty reward program is very nice and they send out specials and promotions nearly weekly.
Cannot recommend them enough!
