I first found out about cheek boss on YouTube shorts from their cute ads, clicked on the two free undies offer and they were right I'm hooked. I'm very childlike at heart so these adorable prints really hit at home for me. They're super soft just like they advertise. I love supporting women-owned, handcrafted with love. Only thing I'll say is these need to be hand washed with love and care. No heat. No dryer. Just wash them by hand and hang them up the old fashioned way and they should last you!! I love all my cheek boss undies, bras, and sets, will I go back? Yes because they're true to their word. I love what they stand for in the body positivity message. Their stuff is just cute and happy. I'm grateful for my positive experience with cheek boss and look forward to ordering from them again

Cheek Boss & Pop Fit are two wings of the same horrible shady business bird. Be wary.
Ordered the "free" panties with their VIP promotion, expecting to evaluate them before the next billing cycle. Shipping was extremely slow—over a week and a half just to ship, and the tracking showed no progress afterward. Ended up canceling the subscription due to poor shipping practices. Even worse, it's been over a month and I still haven't received the products, though shipping fees were taken. Feels like a tactic to take your money for items that are never sent, hiding behind the "free" label. Disappointing experience, especially considering how much they must spend on advertising. I've been bombarded with these ads for months and still am. The owner of Cheek Boss also owns Pop Fit, they share the same horrible customer service, poor quality and shady business practices.

Only got 1 email with tracking information and it still hasn't arrived even after the delivery date, they offer no refunds so fuck getting my money back I suppose. They also sent me a fake tracking number, UPS and USPS said the number was invalid, didn't even look like a normal tracking number, I was literally scammed, don't buy from them, don't waste your money. I'm a first time costumer with them, too, signed up for VIP and still almost no communication apart from promo emails and the one email they send with tracking info, the whole experience so far with them has been bullshit and scummy. Won't buy from them again. And with the rude af costumer service and being called a liar when I literally just didn't receive the items I ordered, yeah, never again. It was a waste of money and time.

Love my Cheek Boss!
I love cheek boss so much. I usually get the briefs and boy shorts for more booty coverage. I've been getting cheek boss underwear for years now and they just keep getting better. Especially with the sewn in gussets. And no panty lines ever! Plus super fun patterns! Love them and will continue to get them! Only underwear I ever buy!

In theory you want to live these fun underwear. Unboxing your encouraged by the soft buttery texture and prints. I started with 4 pair. All 4 two different cuts of the boy short variety have come free from my waist ending up in these panties slipping and rolling into a coil only to be caught by the crotch of my pants. If it was only one pair I could forgive it. The only saving grace was the fact I wasn't stupid enough to test run them in a skit or dress. They need to invest in some of the no slip technology running major plus sized brands if they intent to last in the plus size market. There are very great technology but there and at the price point for their vip or free buy program, they need to employ them. No woman want to be out in public clutching their knees to keep their panties from falling on the ground. Not any respectable woman at least.

Enjoy the Cheek Boss undies. One I got the size straight, the fit is good. Undies must be manufactured in different places as each set of undies I get have a different construction especially in the crotch area where the cotton panel is placed. Over the years, the construction has changed, not the style. I can tell a difference. Mine have never been in a dryer.

I never received my order and customer service was unable to provide any answers as to where my package was. They offered me store credit, but it did not cover any promotions and I still had to pay shipping and handling. This option was given after emailing them several times.

Poor quality control. My first order, 3 underwear, all supposedly the same size, but vastly different sizes in reality. They were comfortable though so I tried ordering again, but the delivery got stuck with UPS. Turns out they ship through some weird combination of UPS and USPS, do not offer tracking beyond the first half of shipping, do not refund undelivered orders, and charge extra to get your order redelivered.

Absolutely awful fit
I bought large. I'm about a size US 14. They immediately rolled down in the front but yet they gap in the back at the waist. Advertised as good fit for big girls but NOPE. Also, I was charged $9 shipping for these "free" briefs, which then came in a 1st class envelope! Postage paid was $1.49!!! What a bunch of liars!!

Bad Customer Service- Not liable for items not received even multiple months in a row
I have not received items for 2 months in a row. They told me they are "NOT LIABLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL" - save your money. Oh and get this - they will ask you to pay for shipping again... with zero promise of it getting there because remember- they aren't liable!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I received an email with tracking information but there has been no update for days. I requested an update from UPS and it says the link has expired, I have emailed this company and they have not reached out to me. I’m about to file a chargeback with my bank.
Terrible customer service
Very slow and very vague response to customer questions. I requested the free pair and paid shipping and size protection.My order supposedly shipped on 4/1 with no movement since 4/6 through UPS tracking. It is 4/17 and I still have not received my item.

I ordered my starter pack in January, and the package never came. I reached out to customer service who blamed me for the mail blunder and continues to send me nasty responses. I literally thought I was going to subscribe. Nevermind. Not only did they lose my package they lost me as a customer.. So rude! Wow. .
Don’t last ☹️
I jumped on this brand last year and bought several pairs through their monthly club. I’ve always been careful with how I wash them only using cold water and never putting in the dryer. I haven’t worn any of them more than 10 times and many are starting to fall apart already. The fabric is soft and the patterns are cute but they don’t last and I won’t recommend them anymore.
