There are lots of ways to buy a sectional sofa in Charlotte. Big box stores, liquidation warehouse sales that never deliver on what they promise OR you can just go to K & D’s. Don’t wast your time like I did. Go to K & D, tell Dennis what you’re looking for, he‘ll hook it up and then send his professional guys to set it up. Stephen came thru, on-time and was quick and efficient with the setup. He wouldn’t even accept my cash tip!! I can’t say enough good things about this company. Give them your business, you won’t be disappointed.

Found a sectional they posted on Facebook marketplace. Price was exactly as they said, didn’t try to hassle. Very affordable. Beautiful couch. Pickup was smooth. Had a bit of trouble putting the sectional together and when I called for help, they sent someone right out and assisted me!

We searched for a dining table for our new house for months trying to find one that we liked that was affordable. We found the perfect one here for an amazing price! I found it on facebook market and was skeptical at first, but visited the location and everything was so nice and professional including the staff. They had a lot of quality pieces in the store. We picked up the table and chairs in boxes and put them together when we got home and it was super easy and looked just like the model we saw in the store. We will definitely look here when we need more furniture in the future!

Let me start with what me and my partner enjoyed about this furniture discount store. The prices are amazing and the customer service from them gave us the impression they were caring and helpful. We purchased a 5pc bed set and everything was fine until about 3 days in, the bed frame unfortunately snapped off and broke. They are made of cheap wood and not bigger people friendly. If you’re a bit bigger refrain from buying the bed set or ask for more support. Had we known this would happen this wouldn’t have been something we purchased. I reached out to the owners who are extremely responsive but continuously got the run around. The bed was never fully fixed and we unfortunately had to replace the bed frame completely. They did send someone in a good timeframe but they didn’t know how to accommodate our issue. When we had someone come out here to help it was constantly “we have to reach out to our warehouse for pieces” how they had to come back another day, and they even went as far as just telling us to attempt to fix the bed ourselves. It just was not a good experience after that. Our issue took a total of 22 days to come to the conclusion that we had to get a new bed. BUY THE BEDS WITH CAUTION!!!!

Rick, the issue you’re referring to was specifically concerning an Alicia and a Brooklyn, who purchased a bedroom set from our store in August 2022.
The bedroom set they purchased was a new one they had seen on our website and had called into the store a couple times about it. When they came in, we went over the level of qualities all items have: entry level, mid level and high quality. Despite being shown other similar sets, they wanted this particular one, which was entry level. Both ladies were aware at the time of purchase.
Alicia reached out regarding the bed frame issue and we responded immediately. The new rails needed to be ordered from a different warehouse in another part of the country and it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks. Alicia was made aware of this and agreed. Throughout that period of time, we remained in contact with frequent updates. When we sent our representative to replace the broken rails with the new rails, he was told that all of the hardware had been thrown away. Because of this, we needed to order new hardware to replace the thrown out pieces, and that was going to take another week or so. Brooklyn then reached out stating they wanted to cancel the replacement pieces and were going to get another bed from another place because she didn’t want to wait any longer. We respected that request and cancelled the order for the replacement hardware. No “run around” was given, only valid information with valid order times.
As stated on our website, replacement parts or pieces can take 7 to 14 business days to be obtained. This process can take longer if incomplete information is given to us. Had we been told that all of the wood/hardware/parts had been thrown away, we would’ve been able to order everything needed at once. We’re sorry you were displeased with our free replacement policy. We wish you the best in the future.

Great little family owned furniture store! I purchased a nice quality sectional couch from K&D and they took good care of me. The owner sold us the couch and then later that week helped move the couch into my home. I'm a very happy customer!
