BEWARE! HE CUT MY EYE LIDS TOO SHORT AND MY EYES CANNOT CLOSE. I have to tape my eyelids closed at night and use drops throughout the day over a year later.  Dr. Anthony stated that he knows HOW his mistake happened but never apologized and refused to pay for the necessary eyelid tapes required to sleep at night, the required eye drops, nor the eye appointments required to monitor my corneal scarring. My eyes are also different shapes now. In addition to this, while I was under anesthesia his calf compression devices caused huge painful blisters on the back of my calf WHICH ARE NOW PERMANENT SCARS. The NECKLIFT portion of the facelift caused NO APPARENT CHANGE.  The lines and skin folds still remain.  The CO2 laser that I also paid to have at the same time did not cause scabbing or peeling and did not improve the texture of my skin as I was told that it would.  THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF $30,000; Keep looking elsewhere.

Poor service from reception staff The experience was disappointing due to the receptionist’s lack of professionalism. While she initially appeared friendly, her attitude shifted when I asked about pricing details. She became dismissive and failed to honor her commitment to send an email or assist with prepayment for a consultation. This behavior falls short of the standards expected from a medical practice and undermines customer trust. Greater attention to staff training and service improvements is needed.

I cannot recommend Anthony Aesthetics enough. After major weight loss, I felt like my face and neck didn’t match how young and healthy I felt on the inside. You couldn’t find a more AWESOME group to put yourself in their MOST capable, unbelievable, professional, caring, attention to detail, listening to your concerns, follow-through on aftercare, friendly, WHEW…..15 out of 10!!!! His staff, Marie and Jessica are the BEST!! I love that they walk you through all your concerns and they educate you why or why not something will be in your best interest and YOU decide. I live in Chicago and I traveled to St. Petersburg Florida to have my procedure done and I could not be more pleased In such a short period of time, I’m six weeks out and still healing, but Dr. Anthony’s eye for detail, his stitching is…I don’t even have words for it. Dr. Anthony and staff were great for the procedure. Very kind and professional. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty. My lower looks good. However, my upper is disappointing. After just a year and a half it looked like it needs to be done again and each side has a bump. He tried to fix one of the bumps, which was actually more painful than the original procedure, but it came back. There’s also something not quite right with my right eye in general, which came from the procedure. I also had Botox at the office several times over the course of a couple of years and I will never go back because the last time the person doing the Botox left huge bruises and welts all over my entire face, which has NEVER happened, not in the 10 years I have been getting Botox. When I called to talk to Dr. Anthony about it, he said well it’ll go away and I thought no kidding. That’s not the point ..it should never have happened in the first place and there was no apology. I will not be returning to the office.
