Good local company We had our very old aluminium sliding patio doors replaced with white, up to date aluminium sliding doors. They were installed by two efficient workers, and left the place clean and tidy. A minor issue was speedily resolved. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Excellent job, Channel Windows! I recently had four replacement windows plus patio door installed by Channel Windows. Excellent service all round, friendly and helpful staff. Particular mention for the installers, Bryn and Alfie, who worked very hard non-stop to complete what turned out to be a difficult task, mostly due to the very old badly fitted windows. Bryn and Alfie remained cheerful, polite and extremely professional throughout, even though the weather was against them at times. An excellent job. Well done!

Reliable, friendly, and skilled workmanship! We’ve just had secondary glazing and a new glass panel installed by Channel Windows, and the whole experience was excellent. Andy, the surveyor, is a ray of sunshine—always cheerful and upbeat, making the whole experience enjoyable. The two fitters who carried out the work were polite, professional, and left everything spotless. The workmanship was top-notch: tidy, neat, and clearly done with care, the finish is superb. It’s rare to find a team that combines great skill with such a positive attitude. Highly recommended! Great service!

We had our conservatory fitted by Channel Windows in 2014 and since then they must have been out to our property over 50 times to try and fix the leaking conservatory. We must have spent hours on the phone to Andy and Carol reporting the leaks, time they came out to our property to patch it up but they never fixed the issue even though one of the fitters explained to us it should never have been installed due to the pitch of the roof. Now that the 10 year warranty has ended we are left with a leaking roof and no responsibility for Channel Windows. We will never use them again as we wasted £8500 having this installed and hundreds of hours with them trying to resolve it...which never happened.

Terrible company , had a composite front door fitted , door was badly fitted and was warped they came out after multiple phone calls , they blamed Endurance doors and Endurance doors blamed Channel Windows After a year battling them I finally got a replacement door which was so badly fitted and I had multiple problems 2 years lately I had to replace it . Luckily I found a fantastic company who were very sympathetic about the experience I’d had with channel and now have a door that opens and closes properly and is perfect fitted

We had Tony round to fit several window boards at our house. He arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy. Tony did an amazing job and was a real asset to Channel Windows. I would definitely recommend this company. The picture is of our newly fitted kitchen and one of the window boards that Tony fitted. Amazing.

Finishing touches Had new upvote window and doors fitted, all work was carried out to a very high standard and communication was great. Then had a few things that needed finishing at a later date which was done very quickly and to high standard by Casey.
