Fantastic service. Highly recommend
Fantastic service. Absolutely amazing, everyone we have dealt with have been so polite, friendly and professional. The quality of service is well beyond 5 stars. We had our back French doors replaced which measures 13 feet and the quality is outstanding. The work was done in one day and Steve and James were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

Poor show, 2 lads pull into the BP quite fast in one of your vans, jump out let's out the biggest vile burp and walks off into the petrol station, grabs what they want and walks to the wrong end of the line cutting infront of multiple people. Whilst this doesn't reflect their work it reflects on the company if this is the people you employ. Once I put on my work uniform I'm sporting the company image.

Fit a new front door (CR14)
Workmen were booked for 11:000, arrived at 10:45 hrs. Very cheerful and friendly. They immediately got on with the work. About 11:45m I offered them a drink which they drank while continuing to work, I had to leave for an appointment before they had finished, so one of them explained the working of the lock etc. Overall an excellent piece of work, carried out by 2 professionals. I would fully recommend them.

Over the past 20 years or so Channel Windows have replaced all but one small kitchen window in my home, added double doors, a new conservatory roof and a new door. I keep going back to them as I can't fault them.

Very happy with my new front door. Workers turned up promptly and introduced themselves. They were efficient and worked solidly until the job was completed then cleared everything up and took all of the rubbish away. Can’t fault the workers or the door.

Had new front door and new bay window and bedroom windows, new conservatory with fibreglass roof and roof lantern. High standard, professional. The only criticism is that men were pulled off to work on other jobs.
However, that being said I am very pleased with all the work and have to send a huge thanks to Andy , Steve, James and Christian

From our first enquiry for replacement windows until completion Channel Windows have been a joy to deal with . The care taken with measurements by 2 separate windows , making arrangements with Carol on these appointments, and then the fitting ,was all done without fuss or bother . The window fitter, Christian ,was absolutely superb!! His workmanship is faultless ,he was polite and respectful of our home and an excellent worker . Couldn't fault him .
