A beautiful trip to Sri Lanka where all crossings were provided by Ceylon Taxi and thanks to them everything was as it should be Absolute satisfaction, professional approach and everything exactly by prior arrangement. I recommend..........

Excellent service We have previously in India hired drivers for a couple of days to 11. Occasionally however you have a journey that will not end from where you started and entails several stops of a couple of nights where a driver for the whole duration would be wasteful on the rest days. On such occasions we arrange point to point for each journey. Here however, Ceylon Taxi Service took on that task for us after we asked for a quote for three journeys. This would no doubt mean a different driver for each leg, which did happen, but that was fine with us as that is what would happen if we had to make our own arrangements. Day 1 we were collected on time and driven by a polite friendly driver. Day 3, next trip, collected on time, a journey with a planned couple of tourist sites stops and then again on Day 5 from Nuwara Eliya to Ella where the driver was exceptional and with a very comfortable van. All worked perfectly for a very reasonable $170 with regular contact via a popular message app ( not mentioned to satisfy tripad ) to confirm arrangements. To have a driver remain with us for the whole 5 days the best quote we had was $250, obviously as they would have had overnight stays and to calculate a long return home from our end point. A great service at a great price, recommended.

Recommend them as driver company for longer trips! We hade Sampath as our driver from 1/1-7/1 2022 (if I remember correctly). He was super to have as a driver. Picked us up at Colombo and then drove us to Sigiriya - Dambulla - Kandy - Nuwara Eliya - Ella - Udawalawe - Mirissa. He also recommended a few places for us to see on the way that we havn't planed that was nice. He always stayed close if we were in need of a driver in the towns. The service and driving skills was also verry good. We recommend to hire a driver if you are gonna go out of the big city cause it was verry difficult to find one when we needed one at the coast. We traveled (after the driver had finished his job) from Mirissa - Hikkaduwa - Bentota - Colombo, and since there was a bit struggling to find a cab that was big enough to have our suitcase in it, there was a big problem to find a car. We then contacted Ceylon Taxi again each day when we needed to travel from one big destination to another. Really recommend them for the job!

5 Ceylon Taxi.LK is my best experience of traveling in Sri-Lanka! We were using it 8 times upon our trip. Only one time driver was late to come to our villa for picking up for 5 minutes, but the dispatch was contacting before pick up time, introducing the situation with many apologizes. Drivers were driving us safely, all the time wearing face masks, speaking English. I will rate them 5!!

Excellent! Ceylon taxi services made our trip absolutely easier! Their services are excellent. We booked a mini van for multiple trips across the island including the airport pick up and drop off. Stephen is a very professional and nice person, and he used to reply to me so quickly. He even helped me in many things and whenever I asked him anything he would give the best answers and recommendations! Thank you for professional manner ??

Ceylon Taxi - Simply Amazing I highly recommend ceylon taxi to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Stephon made my Sri Lanka experience easy. He helped arrange my entire trip and helped book tickets for the train ride (without extra booking fees), he helped book my safari, and always checked in with me during my trip. He is extremely responsive and I could go to him with any of my questions. We had Samith as our driver and he was amazing! He was kind and caring. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. If you ever visit Sri Lanka, definitely book with Ceylon Taxi and request Samith as your driver. You will not be disappointed! I promise!

Excellent service, reliable company If you want to ensure a safe and guaranteed travel in Sri Lanka, then you need cooperation with the Ceylon Taxi company. They provided my wife and I with five transfers in Sri Lanka. Starting with a meeting at the airport and ending with a transfer to the airport. Always on time, always neat and clean cars, always professional drivers. The company was constantly in touch, quickly answered questions and adjusted the travel time without any problems. We have booked all transfers from Ukraine. The communication was great! The prices are quite reasonable for such a service. I recommend and will definitely use it on my next trip to this wonderful country.

You will miss things if you don't go ahead and book them Had a great experience with Ceylon Taxi. They were able to incorporate every experience+ more we wanted within the 8 days we booked them for. We were a group of 5 friends and every one of each had so much fun. Our driver Ranga was so informative about the places we wanted to check out. He was so patient with our small little requirements. Spending 8 days with a stranger is a huge thing and Ranga made us feel like a family or a friend since the 1st hour. He was basically part of the group for all the activities as our 6th friend and we loved it. He will take you to anything you want, good restaurants around the country, clean washrooms (trust me it was a huge requirement for us lol) on the roads, any fun activities (village experience, beach surfing, temple, safari etc) and late night party places too if you want to check it out. Stephan, the owner/manager was really helpful throughout the time too. He was able to guide me anytime I had questions, regarding the train schedules, pcr test locations and timing etc. I would definitely recommend them for your experience in Srilanka. You may find cheaper options elsewhere but trust me it won't be worth it as you will miss out on all the good experience they can provide. Ranga we will definitely miss you.

Highly recommended ,the best taxi ever I believe that more than 90% of our enjoyment of the country was because of ceylon taxi , they aren’t just a taxi services they are the best tour guide Sam is very very nice guy it’s my pleasure to meet someone like him He is very caring, easy going,funny… These guys are very nice and professional ??

Ceylon Taxis - Good Professional Service + Reasonable Rates The personalised and honest service given by the owner Mr. Stefan 24/7 was amazing. He responded almost immediately no matter the time of day/night. Their rates were fair and reasonable, didn't have to further negotiate. Where he had to obtain certain vehicles from outside providers he negotiated and where the rate was high, he advised against it. Vehicles were exactly what was offered and promised. Photos of both inside and outside of the vehicles were provided. For Sri Lankan standards they were fine. We rented 11 separate vehicles over 1 week and only 1 driver was a bit rude and impatient the others were all fine, polite and patient. Service was rendered in a professional manner. Invoices were provided before payment. No advance payment was insisted upon unlike other car companies to confirm the booking. We were allowed to pay the driver after the ride this gave us assurance and confidence about the service. In some cases we paid the following day or even 2 days later. Stress free....would definitely use him again and recommend him as 9/10 ! I am a seasoned traveller and don't praise a service provider unless their service is really good. Taxis is not really the correct word for their service. They provide transfers and all types of chauffeur driven vehicles. Car and Van Services for visitors.

Very reliable service! Great Drivers! My second time back and Sri Lanka and I had no hesitation in booking Ceylon Taxi. The prices are reasonable and the drivers are reliable. Booking a cab is simple and quick and the drivers are always on time. Stephan was able to understand our needs of getting a driver certified who has been approved by the Tourist department of the government. Pradeep was with us during this trip. He knew all the routes and all the tourist destinations nearby as well.
