Do not bother buying. The product came with dirt and stickers from manufacturers factory still on. I got XS and it fits like an M. I paid for next day delivery and got it four days later. Their customer service person was terrible at communicating and helping me out. It’s ok but won’t order again I think.

DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Placed an order for multiple clothing items. Eventually, my oreder arrived - minus most of my items. The customer service has been awful- I am effectively called a liar as a package was delivered (which I am not disputing). All I am saying is that only 1 item was delivered out of the entire order. They sent me some random photos “proving” that my order was packed correctly. What a whole load of crap!! Needless to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR MONEY AND TIME AND I SHALL NEVER BE PURCHASING AGAIN. Appalling to say the least! Shame on you…

insane. 100% recommend, The best suit I’ve ever owned! I’m absolutely in love! I’ve never seen quality like this before — the fabric feels out of this world, ultra-soft and so comfortable, I could live in it. The fit is perfect, super flattering, and doesn’t restrict movement at all. And the most amazing part — it arrived in California in just 2 days!!! That’s insane. 100% recommend, it was love at first sight.

Packet of cigarettes on the pocket of the joggers... If I could do 0 stars I would, extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at Cernucci. I ordered a brown knitted tracksuit just before Christmas, firstly it bobbled after the first wear and then the waist band on the joggers broke after the third wear. I contacted the brand and after a push back they offered 100% store credit. I then purchased a new tracksuit which arrived with a packet of CIGARETTES in the pocket. After multiple push backs the most they can offer is a 20% refund back to the gift card. I am extremely disappointed and would advise anyone to not purchase from this brand.

Package arrived empty My 16 year old son ordered a chain but the package arrived empty. The package was in tact so the chain was clearly not included in the bag. We sent photos and complained. Cernucci sent a blurry photo of a random person doing something at a desk and said this was "proof" that the chain was sent. I complained as our family does a lot of online purchasing and we have never received an empty package. They came back saying they watched the CCTV and the chain was definitely sent. Of course, they aren't sharing the footage. I suggest buying from Trendhim - amazing quality and I have never had an issue with postage or returns or refunds. Cernucci customer service is below par. It was a £20 chain. We will never buy from this company again and I would advise others not to either. Imaging stealing £20 from a 16 year old. Shameful.

DONT TRUST THEM THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS THE LATEST ON THE 17TH OF APRIL IS THAT TRUSTPILOT INFORMED ME THAT CERNUCCI REPORTED MY REVIEW AS FAKE BUT THEY RULED IN MY FABOUR! THIS COMPANY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO LIE TO ITS CUSTOMERS OR TRY AND HIDE GENUINE REVIEWS LIKE THIS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! DON’T TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT A OUT OF STOCK ITEMS BECAUSE THEY HAVE USED THE SAME EXCUSE TO ME & MY PARTNER. I ordered a bracelet last week which was apparently out of order, so they refunded me then my partner saw it was in stock and we got told the same excuse as follows: I'm reaching out about your order #883233 Unfortunately, the 17mm Baguette Prong Link Bracelet - Gold is out of stock. I have refunded this item and have shipped the rest of your order, as not to delay it any further! This can happen when we have one unit left in stock, but multiple customers are purchasing it at the same time. I understand this is disappointing, please accept our sincerest apologies for not being able to fulfil this particular item on this occasion. You should receive the refund within 3-5 working days depending on the payment method used. I apologise for the inconvenience! This was the same reason I got when I ordered first and they used the same excuse to my partner! If it was out of stock on the first occasion then you would have sorted your stock out as my partner was able to purchase this! They clearly are liars! Also the replies they gave to my reviews about reaching out by email to explain? They didn’t? Nor on the 12th of April as they clearly say they did, checked and no email!

Falsche Bestellung erhalten. Kundenservice hilft nicht. Ich habe eine falsche Bestellung erhalten. Nach 2 wöchigem hin und her per Email wurde ich geghostet. ich habe bis heute kein Ersatz bzw. das richtige Produkt erhalten. Versuche mein Geld jetzt über Paypal wieder zu bekommen.

Do not be fooled I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from Cernucci, an online jewellery shop that has left a sour taste in my mouth. Right from the start, the communication from their staff was abysmal. They seem to have no sense of customer service and basic human decency. I have never encountered such incompetence and lack of professionalism from a company before. First of all, their response time is nonexistent. I sent numerous emails to inquire about my order and received no response. It's as if they don't care about their customers at all. Just imagine if there's an issue with your delivery or you have a question about your order, you'd be left in the dark with no support from their end. It's infuriating and shows a complete disregard for their customers. To make matters worse, my order was abruptly cancelled shortly after I placed it. Did they reach out to me to explain the reason for the cancellation? Of course not. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them, they chose to ignore my emails. They obviously have no respect for their customers' time and money. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I decided to do some research and read reviews from other customers, and I wish I had done so before wasting my time and money on this sorry excuse for a jewellery shop. It seems that I am not the only one who has experienced this terrible service. It's clear that Cernucci has a pattern of poor communication, cancelled orders, and lack of accountability. In my personal opinion, I aver that they are nothing but a glorified fake jewellery supplier, preying on unsuspecting customers with their false advertising and low-quality products. I urge everyone to avoid this shop at all costs. Don't be fooled by their flashy website and misleading social media presence. Cernucci is a disgraceful company with zero regard for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, and shop elsewhere for jewellery. You'll thank me later.

Scam like behaviour, no refund Awful customer service, ignored my emails after responding to one saying they would help get me my refund after I successfully returned an item and didn’t receive my refund. I feel scammed as there’s no other way of contacting them after they’ve decided to ignore me. DO NOT BUY FROM CERNUCCI!

Didn't receive my bracelet I ordered Didn't receive my bracelet I ordered. Customer service offer no solution and say private investigator will be launching an investigation which can take 30 days... 30 days to get a resolution on not delivering a £30 bracelet. Laughable company who try to make you feel like a criminal for not receiving a bracelet, mentioning fraud and the police. Unbelievable - AVOID
