Do not be fooled
I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from Cernucci, an online jewellery shop that has left a sour taste in my mouth. Right from the start, the communication from their staff was abysmal. They seem to have no sense of customer service and basic human decency. I have never encountered such incompetence and lack of professionalism from a company before.
First of all, their response time is nonexistent. I sent numerous emails to inquire about my order and received no response. It's as if they don't care about their customers at all. Just imagine if there's an issue with your delivery or you have a question about your order, you'd be left in the dark with no support from their end. It's infuriating and shows a complete disregard for their customers.
To make matters worse, my order was abruptly cancelled shortly after I placed it. Did they reach out to me to explain the reason for the cancellation? Of course not. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them, they chose to ignore my emails. They obviously have no respect for their customers' time and money. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
I decided to do some research and read reviews from other customers, and I wish I had done so before wasting my time and money on this sorry excuse for a jewellery shop. It seems that I am not the only one who has experienced this terrible service. It's clear that Cernucci has a pattern of poor communication, cancelled orders, and lack of accountability. In my personal opinion, I aver that they are nothing but a glorified fake jewellery supplier, preying on unsuspecting customers with their false advertising and low-quality products.
I urge everyone to avoid this shop at all costs. Don't be fooled by their flashy website and misleading social media presence. Cernucci is a disgraceful company with zero regard for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, and shop elsewhere for jewellery. You'll thank me later.
